ok i am new to all this, so bear with me.....

we have our reservations already doing a split say 5 days at po and 5days at the poly. so if the free dining comes out what do i need to do???? do i call back and add it on to our package??? sorry to sound stupid, but we have never done the dining thing before!

I just got off the phone with a cm, she said free dining hasn't been released yet. But, I think I might try again, you now how the cm's go sometimes. One knows something, the other knows something else. Good luck everybody!

First you will need to have the MYW w/dining package on your reservations or have it added once the free dining offer comes out. They will not automatically upgrade you without calling.

Hi all I just got my Disney Hello email and this is what is on the left hand side of the email. I find it very interesting. Is this true that the values are 15% less then what was offered last year? And did you notice that it ends on 8/26? If free dining comes out for the dates you all are predicting it won't do my family any good we will go regardless, but I wonder if this is Disney's way to make amends for not offering free dining for value season.

I just called in and the CM was clueless She actually had no idea what I was talking about.

Speaking to a CM now. They had a meeting yesterday about free dining and it will be coming out. She could not give me the refund on my dining plan and said that I would have to find the code on the internet when it comes out. But she did confirm that it would be coming out. I asked about the dates, and they were the same ones we have seen.
Unfortunately she did not say when it would be out. I told her about the website and she said she knew about it, but would not say when it would come out. YAY.

I got this also yesterday afternoon.. That deal is just the normal cheap summer rates... was disappointed when i saw that was the deal listed

I just called CRO. At first the CM denied that free dining would be offered. When I told her about the ad, she assumed it was posted on an unofficial site.

When logged onto the site but couldn't find the ad.

She then checked a list of discounts but couldn't find anything about free dining. She said she doubts if they will even offer it this year.
So I asked why would the OFFICIAL site have an ad about it. At that point she put me on hold to go speak to a supervisor.

When she returned she said that I should keep checking and be sure to call back next week. She repeated this several times so I asked which day I should call back. "I think Thursday or Friday should be good."

So based on that call I assume the ad is there to let us know that free dining will be offered. However, we won’t be able to book until late next week.

Of course with my luck they'll start booking this afternoon and I won't know about it until I get home tonight.
