***The Official February 2016 Thread!***

Joining in! Just booked for 2/14-19 with my mom! So excited to be going back to Disney again but nervous for the February break crowds :worried: My mom spent the first 4 days of my last trip May '14 with me and we had so much fun together. Booked some great ADRs so I was happy. Chefs de France, Via Napoli, a pre-park opening BOG breakfast! Trying to add a Cali Grill dinner to celebrate the trip. Staying at ASMo!

Any one know if it's possible for a room to open up under the play stay dine offer (or whatever they're calling it) at Pop the beginning of February? It's showing all sold out and has for a while now. I've never seen that this early booked up! Do I just keep checking the website??

Jumping on board! We'll be staying at PVB Feb 15-18! This is our first time at Poly, so it's especially exciting! We usually only do 1 park each trip and this one is going to be dedicated to MK! We haven't been to MK since Feb 2014 so it's going to be awesome!

Our ADRs are booked and getting me even more excited! I'll probably change this up a bit as we get closer, but I wanted to nail down a few hard to get reservations at the 180 day mark. Here's what we've got so far:

We're flying down (yay for Southwest points) on 2/15 and staying through 2/18 at Polynesian (DVC). We decided that this trip, we're going to hit Magic Kingdom for a few days!

Arrival Day (2/15) Dinner: 'Ohana at 6:50 pm
Tuesday (2/16) Breakfast: Kona Cafe at 9:05 am
Tuesday (2/16) Lunch: Be Our Guest QSR at 12:05 pm
Tuesday (2/16) Dinner: California Grill at 8:50 pm (a few friends are going to be there at the same time, so we're having a WDW Double-Date!)
Wednesday (2/17) Breakfast: Crystal Palace at 9:35 am
Wednesday (2/17) Lunch: Liberty Tree Tavern at 1 pm
Wednesday (2/17) Dinner: The Plaza at 6:15 pm
Thursday (2/18) Breakfast: 'Ohana at 9:35 am

I'm going 2/8 - 2/10.

Just a solo trip so I'm debating just going with All-Star Sports since it's the cheapest and I don't need the space, or "upgrading" to Port Orleans Riverside since I haven't been there before.

I'm going solo in Feb. too and had the same debate- I decided to do French Quarter, since I haven't been there, it's a slower season so probably the best moderate rates I'd get for the year, and it was included in the room-only discount offer, which I don't think happens often.

I'm going solo too in February. Staying at Coronado Springs and spending 2 days at Universal as well.

Just booked what I'll call "mini trip" for Feb 14 - 19. I'm going for a conference, so decided to bring Hubby and kids along too! They'll have to work around my schedule but I'm sure they'll just love being in Florida in February instead of dreary Ohio!
Staying at Coronado Springs. Plans are to do the MK on Sunday the 14th and Tuesday the 16th (all day for them, evening only for me) and DHS on Thursday the 18th (all day for them, after 2:00 only for me).
Booked ADR's at Plaza Inn and Sci-Fi Drive In (is that what it's called?). Also booked Chef Mickey for DH and kids for breakfast on Wednesday.
Now I just need to find other (free?) things to fill in their time on Monday and Wednesday while I'm working!

Just thought I throw this out there but just curious if anyone noticed but every time I am looking at schedules for Fantasmic, it keeps on saying it is dark for the entire month. Anyone heard or read differently at all? I know it is early just thought I ask.
Oh no, that will throw off our plans too....

Hi all! This is my first post on disboards, and I'm so excited bc my boyfriend and I just booked our trip to WDW for Jan 31 - Feb 6!! We'll be staying at the Caribbean, one of my family's long-time favorites :) BF hasn't been since he was little and doesn't remember anything, so it'll be like going with a first-timer. I used to be a CM (2013) so I'm mostly nervous that what I know about the parks (what rides have what kind of waits, everything with MyMagic+, etc.) will be off and we'll miss out on experiences he should see.

Thanks for sharing in the excitement!

I'm doing a short trip 2/22-2/26 (including travel but arriving really early and leaving really late). Staying at POFQ (My favorite, I like tiny resorts with easy access to others) It's actually my apartment hunting trip for what will hopefully be a move near easter! Hopefully everything will go as planned and I love the first couple apartments and score one of them the first day leaving the rest of the week for some minivacation before the house packing starts!

For everyone here, you might want to take a peak at discount and rooms again. Last night the full variety of rooms appeared at pofq for both the early 2016 and passholder early 2016 so I was able to switch to a garden room to save over $100.
