Finally finished making our ADRs and trying my hardest not to look at them again(so I am not tempted to change them)

My little 4yo son (5 on Christmas) came to me yesterday and said "Mom, you know what would be awesome for your birthday? A trip to Disney" Little does he know that we are actually going to be in Disney for my birthday- Great minds think alike I guess

It can't come soon enough. Work has gotten so busy I am spending more time at the office then at home.

As far as what I will be doing when I work there, I will be in Merchandise around the parks! It's so exciting to be able to work there and go there on my days off! This is my dream come true

Yes, the list is pretty outdated- One day I tried to update it and quickly became discouraged lol. Too bad we can't start all over

Have you all ordered your free custom maps from Disney yet?

How do you tour the parks? Do you know what ride you are going on when? Are you more laid back and go with the flow? Do you try to hit rope drop?


As for us- Yes, I ordered the free maps- I plan on putting them in the Surprise box I am making for the kids for Christmas morning. My son will love to circle all the places he wants to go (with a little help from me of course)

As for touring- I am a compulsive planner lol- I have a great idea of where we are going, and when- though I also am flexible for the kids- if they would rather ride Pirates 100 times in a row instead of moving on to Tiki room- I'd have no problem with that. I make all ADRs way in advance- and tweak them like crazy trying to get everything perfect- BUT I am also ok with canceling a meal if its not something that we want to do at the time (last time we were simply too tired to make it to our 8am Tusker House breakfast- that's one that I absolutely want to try this year).
