So Dad has started seeing his Oncologist. Getting fitted for a Radiation treatment mask today. This is to allow them to hit the same location every treatment.

Treatment schedule will be 6 weeks... Mon-Fri 30 treatments.

They say he will be fine for the first 3 weeks...then fatigue will sit in...and he will basically feel like he's been forced to drink Beverly for the next 3 weeks.

Outlook is 85% success, in the Cancer never returning. This vs to a 40% chance of it returning with out treatment.

Had the interview last night. It went well. It is a 2 step process so there will be 1 more interview. Thank you every one for your prayers. This job would wotk out great as we would only be about 10 hours drive time away from our parents and faimly instead of being all the way across country on the west coast.

Also just heard my BIL was headed to the ER...sudden loss of periphrial Vision and just a general weird feeling.

After an amazing week at the World, I received a call from my Mom with some bad news about an hour after we landed.

My Uncle, 59 years old, died in his sleep on Friday night. Seems to have been of "natural causes". A coroner's report showed no signs or any indication of any specific thing that caused his death. I guess the good Lord decided it was his time.

He had lost his wife to cancer 12 years ago. They can finally be together again.

Please keep our family in your prayers.
