Yes, she had to act like Gwen Verdon, sing and dance like her, and nail the Fosse style of dancing. Meanwhile Sam Rockwell just had to act like Fosse. But, I think only once did we really see any Fosse moves out of him, even as he played a choreographer.

Same here. I was 15 years old so I don't remember all of the details. I will also watch this, it's only 6 episodes so not a huge commitment.
