The *OFFICIAL* CVS Thread - Post your CVS deals/questions here. *UPDATED OP*

I am new to this whole ECB thing. I've had my card for over a year, but when I went to the website to try to print out my ECBs, it couldn't find me, so I don't have a choice but to print them at the store.

Just to clarify, if I bought stuff last week that should have ECBs, if I go in this week they will print out?

Anybody?:confused3

you will need to make a purchase first, then your receipt should print with your ECB's on the bottom. If you want to use the ECB for other purchases, just buy something small first (like a pack of gum or something) then you can get the ECB to use on your other stuff. The ECB's print 2 days after your qualifying purchases

I would call CVS customer service to get you online. Even if you don't print them at home, you can still check and make sure that you were credited properly.

CVS customer service is great and I had the same problem as you.

ECB's are supposed to print 48 hours after you earn them!

darn! I wish I had thought of that! I bought the monitor, Aleve and one a day vitamins I was thinking of items I would actually use too and I already opened the Aleve (hurt my back the other day) so now I can't even return them :sad2:

What are you all doing with the monitors?
I checked ebay and there are tons of them listed so that's probably out.

You can check with family/friends to see if anyone needs one or donate them. You save & help others at the same time.

Anyone in MA get the monitor coupon? What paper & where in the paper was it?

Hi Maggie, Yeah I am less than satisfied with their customer service. Every time I go there, I find myself getting more and more angry with them. So what if I use coupons on everything and then use ECBs??! that just makes me a smart shopper!

I found the coupon in the Sunday Boston Globe in the coupon inserts along with Aleve and One A Day coupons

This thread is great, thanks everyone. I shopped CVS but never really checked the ECB's until I saw it here.

Quick question: on the Bayer deal, can I buy 3 of the Bayer aspirin and get the $10 or does it have to be 3 different products? It's not really clear and I'm not sure how they do this.

Thanks.

You can buy 3 of the same or 3 different products - it is up to you

In case some of you don't know, the Revlon beauty tools are working for the buy 4 revlon products / get 10 ecb deal. The emery boards are $1.89 and are B1G50%. I bought 2 emery boards, nailclippers, and tweezers.

I may have missed this in an earlier post, but I noticed today that on the bottom of the CVS coupons and ECBs it says "Not to be combined with other CVS coupons". Does that mean that you can only use 1 CVS coupon per trip?

Thanks!!

This is good to know!!!

According to corporate policy you are allowed 1 CVS coupon & 1 mfg coupon per item purchased. So if you have 3 items you can have a total of 6 coupons - 3 CVS & 3 mfg. Then once you have a total you may use ECB's to pay. ECB's are to be treated like cash but some stores will only let you use 1 ECB per transaction (check your store for their policy on how many ECB's they will allow you to use - mine lets me use mulitples w/o a problem).

OK, I am new to this ECB business, and I have a problem. Last week, I got in on the razer deal ($10 ECB) and the Irish Spring deal (I think $6 or $7 each). Today when I got my 50 cent tube of moisturizer, on the $10 one printed out. I should have had two more print out but they didn't. Any way to get these other ECBs?

go online and print them out. You just go to CVS.com and enter your info. there. good luck!

Question on qualifying purchases.... for the chocolate ECBs, it's $15 worth but many are BOGO. Lets say I buy two bags, shelf tag $2.99. One is free under the BOGO, do I get credit for $2.99 towards the $15 or $5.98?

I had the same question, I am assuming you only get 2.99?

Apparently someone was able to slide the BOGO through and get credit for both but some stores have gotten wind of it and are voiding out the 2nd one so you get it free but the card doesn't acknowledge it towards the $15 so you would have to buy 2x the chocolate (not that thats a bad thing ;) )
