So, now I have a question. When I get my ECB for this I am going to try and get the candy deal (B1G1). The cashier said that she gave me a $4.00 off coupon, but I didn't see it anywhere. Is it on my receipt? There is a bar code on my receipt with a bunch of numbers. So, if I do happen to have a $4 off coupon, do I give that one to the cashier first when I purchase the candy deal? I am thinking that it should go like this:

$10.00 ECB
$3.00 mf. coupons

My total will be $17.97
less 4.00 cvs q

Can anyone else definitely confirm that the Pantene trial sizes are not working? I did purchase some on Sunday and did get back my ECBs for those. I am hoping it's still working since I picked up two more yesterday.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with ExtraCare support because the cashier on Tuesday for some strange and unknown reason scanned my card and then the courtesy card, thus leaving me without credit (and the $27 in ECBs I should have coming). Thank goodness Armando was super helpful but I have to wait another 48 hours.

Thanks all for this great information!!!! I have been a CVS shopper but just recently starting shopping for the ECB and it's great. This week I'll get back $17. YAY!!! Plus I used coupons so I am saving so much!! I don't think I would do this well without this board.

I just talked to customer service regarding my ECB's that haven't shown up for purchases made on Wednesday morning, March 21 and was told that EVERYONE who purchased on that day will be updated tonight and the ECB's should show up tomorrow, Saturday, March 24.

They had some kind of computer problem.

Oh good I was about to return my revlon purchases cause it did not show up. I thought it did not work cause I purchases an eye lash curler, and the emery board, plus two eye shadows. So I will wait until tomorrow to see if they are up.

It's been my experience that that works just fine if you hand them your coupon when you give your name for pick up, and point out then that it was a transfer. Most of the time when you hand carry your transfer, they tell you to hold on to your coupon until you come back to pick it up anyway.
