I got tickets for worcester (about 2 hours from me). I had such trouble with ticketmaster, it wasnt until 30 minutes later that I got tickets. I thought for sure the presale would be sold out by then, but it worked. YAY!! And I'm on the lower level.

Ok, not to rub this in for those of you who didn't get tickets... but WE HAVE SECOND ROW!!!! SECOND ROW SEATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister found out about the presale and got right on it. So look for us at the Columbus show if you're going! She's trying to decide what she wants to throw on stage.

On another note, the reason I haven't been to the boards too much is because I'm addicted.... TO AMERCIAN IDOL!! One of my sorority sisters has the entire first and second season on tape and made me copies. I've been antisocial for the past 3 days because of AI season 2 (aka Clay euphoria)! ::happy dance::

Has anyone been able to get really awesome seats, like in the first 3 rows?

I was on Ticketmaster at exactly 9am this morning, managed to get lower level tickets for Raleigh. I was disapointed that I couldn't get closer though. They are in section 104 row xx.

Did anyone see Ed tonight?? Great show, Clay was great(even though the characters talked over his performance ) Lots of Clay mentions throughout the show and they had the DJ's responses for Invisible requests down pat!!!!

I'll admit I've never watched Ed in my life, but I tuned in off and on to catch Clay! I saw him sing two songs at the end of the show. Did he have any dialog or anything that I missed? I thought he sounded great (I'm not surprised ) but I just wish all the characters would have been quiet!!

he had a touch of dialogue...but mainly just introductions to other characters! he sounded awesome though!!

a friend of mine from another message board was able to snag second row seats for the DC concert. she bought hers on wednesday/tuesday or whenever the first pre-sale was. she's so excited!

Nope, not even close. I got tickets, for which I should be, and AM grateful! But I was on dead at 10am, and still, the best I could get was section 103 row EE for the Savvis Center in St. Louis. I think it all depends on where you live. Around here the "ticket broker" industry is thriving. It's now 11 am, tix went on sale at 10, and the "brokers" have 3rd row floor up for $500+ I really didn't expect to get seats THAT good, but I really thought at 10am, I could get within the first 20 rows.

On the bright side, it's a night out without the kids (we lined up the babysitter before we even HAD the tix! LOL), and I will get to hear Clay's beautiful voice, filling the area, live and in person! And Kelly too, though she's not my style, she really does have a nice voice, and my hubby likes her quite a bit, so it'll all work out.

The funniest thing about "Ed" , which I never watched, is that the opening credits show a town that is right next to mine in New Jersey. Really strange to actually be able to recognize an intersection that I go through every day to go to work!!

i know what you mean!! when i was younger, like 3rd grade to 5th grade, we lived in spokane, washington while my grandmother lived in deer park, washington. i lived with grandma for about a year while i went to school. fast forward about 20 years...i went to the movies to see the movie Benny and Joon. and it's set in DEER PARK!! the movie was alright, but i liked it because i got to see various places that i was familiar with on the big screen!

I just saw a picture in Teen People with Clay and his dog, Raleigh. The dog is huge!! The last time I saw the dog's picture, it was on the cover of TV Guide in November. He was a little bitty puppy then.
