RE the presale tickets.
Where I live (NYC area), everyone comes. I've gone to tons of shows and am pretty good abt getting good seats. (I've gotten first row at Radio City.) So I have a pretty good "ticket nose".
Now, this is just my opinion.
I do think there is going to be a ticket shortage. They may not have released all the tickets. However, the few that remain will be "nosebleed" seats. I'm seriously thinking the ticket "brokers"/scalpers have snapped them up.
A couple of years ago, the Wiggles made their first "big" tour. This was before Playhouse Disney. They were coming to my area. I signed up for the appropriate mailing list, entered all my info so I just have to click "buy" the moment they went on sale. My area made a mistake and released the tickets 10 minutes early. I was all set up "reloading" every other second. I got 7th row seats. A couple of hours later, I tried another arena (Beacon in NYC). I was all set up, kept clicking, got "not on sale yet". The minute they actually went on sale, the only seats I got were the 2nd (top/nosebleed) balacony. (I didn't buy them, just wanted to see what I could get.) (The Wiggles added several more shows to the NYC area, 17 total and they ALL sold out. Who would have thought???? I didn't think anybody "knew" them.)
So, my indication is these shows are going to be sold out as soon as the "official" ticket release happens. (Terrific news for Clay & Kelly, not so good for the fans that won't be able to see them.)
Again, this is just **my** opinion.
