I would recommend calling the box office. You can also visit the website and get a form and then fax in your request, if that works easier.

Ok, so I was investigating about the clips on the website and saw that posted on the board. People have gotten tickets, so it's confirmed, but I have no idea where it came from. It wasn't on the official site or anything.

I'm trying for tickets, and I don't even know if I can go...where the heck is Red Bank, NJ??

I just called up to get tickets for my sister and ended up with SECOND ROW....on the AISLE....They're better than my first tickets!!!

I have no idea what the details of the event are, but I wasn't going to waste time finding out!!

All I know is that when I called up the first time, I just said, "Hi, can you tell me if there is a Clay Aiken concert scheduled for December" and the lady said yes, there is. She didn't say, "No, not at this time, but we do have him listed as a special guest at a show with people you've never heard of."

The second time I called up, I also asked for tickets to the Clay Aiken event, and I wasn't corrected, so at this time, I'm banking on a Clay-mostly (if not ONLY) show.

I can't wait to hear how you do with tickets!! If they don't offer you it, ask about BOTH areas for seats - the sides and center. My second row seats (and the fourth row) are both right on the aisle. I've never been there before, but I asked the woman what she thought would be better, and she said, considering the price difference ($125 each vs $68), she'd go with the closer seats on the aisle.

I called up, cause I couldn't find it online....I bought the tickets for my sister and mom to go, so I'm not sure that they're extras right now. I'm crossing my fingers for you!!

I am SUCH a blonde!! I was in such a panic mode that I didn't even see it in your original post. I went back and looked, found the number and called, only to be told that Clay would not be performing in December. Argh! Kylene, where did you find this information posted?

LoL, you guys don't know it, but Debi and I are doing a good job of filling each other's PM boxes right now, and then we're basically reposting the same messages here. I find that amusing.

I find a lot of things amusing right now though, SINCE I WILL BE SEEING CLAY IN 116 DAYS!

Um, but besides that....

I just wanted everyone else to know that the info I posted was quoted from the fan club message boards. Which I'm pretty sure is against the rules, so I'm going to go back and tweak it a little so that you guys still have the info (if you're interested) but we/I don't get in trouble.

I read through the thread about the Sony snippets, and they are, indeed, gone. I'm sorry to get you all excited!!

As for the concert:

The New Jersey show (as I discovered on my third order of tickets today lol) is called "Clay Aiken - Symphonic Christmas".

I guess this is a stop on his special little appearances tour. Hopefully he'll be adding lots of these!!

And, finally...

He's going to be on The Insider tonight (8/22)!!!

Uh...I think left - closest to the wall, seats 15 & 17 - but it's a small place, so no worries.

We saw Colin Mochrie & Brad Sherwood there last year (what a HOOT) - cute little place. Seats about 1500.

Yay, Cookie!!

I'm so glad you were able to get GREAT seats....I seriously am shaking my head in disbelief that we were all so lucky.

As someone said on the site I found it, this wild goose hunt of trying to figure out the venues and sale dates is extrememly nervewracking, but maybe it's worth it if it gives us a chance at good seats. Here's to hoping the rest of our DIS friends can join us in the Clayhunt real soon!!
