Just FYI - I was able to book the Early Morning Magic package for August 23 - however, it must have been some kind of glitch because no one else is reporting that they were able to do it - so I'd keep my eyes peeled for it to be released soon! I have an email confirmation and all from WDW so hopefully it was just a little pixie dust this morning for me! not that I was stalking the site at all... no... cough cough.. I wouldn't do that? Would I? wink, wink...

I booked Early Morning Magic for late August. I gave up our PPO at BOG since we had it booked for a Sunday and the EMM hours are now on Sundays. I am really excited about the limited number of tickets for sale. The breakfast actually looks like something my family will enjoy and we are never at Disney for any of the ticketed events like the Halloween or Christmas parties, so I thought it was worth the splurge to try something extra special. Really looking forward to the short walk from the Contemporary to the MK for this event!

Add us to the August group. We haven't been to Disney in a few years. We are so excited to be going back. Last time we were there Dumbo had just moved and they had just started the new castle. Staying August 19th - 26th at Pop Century.

Sigh....our August trip is drastically shortened. Just one day at MK on Aug 7. Will be spending 3 days at Universal too but just not able to swing a long trip out of it.

So I will be leaving this happy group.

Hello - haven't posted much before so here goes......
Staying at Grand Floridian from 27th July - 6th August with my sister Sally, her son Tom (21), and my youngest Chloe (27)
First WDW holiday where we are all grown ups (and a first for Sal and Tom!)

We are getting closer now for sure. I am starting to keep track of the weather for named storms. I should be doing that anyway now that I LIVE in Florida. Lets face it, Disney trips take priority.
I signed up for Mickey Monthly. If you don't know what that is, I suggest you find them on facebook and sign up. I got my first box last month. It brought a smiles to my face. I miss my mom so much and that box was a moment of sunshine.

How are your plans coming along?

I looked at the Mickey Monthly (I believe you posted about it earlier and I searched it then). It looks fantastic - what a fun Disney surprise each month. We are in Canada and it would be way too much $ with shipping and exchange / taxes but it looks 'magical' I'm sorry about your mom - I hope planning your Disney trip is helping to keep your spirits up

Our plans are coming along nicely. We have Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise booked (new to us - teen DD's wanted to try it) and we just booked the Early Morning Magic package (really excited about this one). Booking our FP+ in just over 2 weeks. I'm trying not to drive my family too crazy by talking too much about Disney (so I come to the DIS ). Happy Planning August Disers!

Our plans are almost done, YEA! Just trying to decide between LTT and the Fountain at Swalfhin for lunch on a day we'll be hopping between MK and DHS
