Oh my goodness... please be very careful... glad you are ok.. you might be a little sore this morning. take it easy and heal quickly.

Luckily it doesn't hurt like it did last night but I can't put any weight on it at all. My house is not really made for crutch use. LOL

We only have 64 more days until we leave town, and 69 until my feet hit the front gate!!! I am so excited I'm about to jump out of my skin!

54 days 9 hours 33 minutes 7 seconds until we leave Seattle. We'll be at Disneyland early afternoon that day!

As we get closer to July I see how important it is to watch this message board every day! I'm learning so much from everyone. I've only been to Disneyland once (October 2010). This trip will be much different: bigger group, busier time of year, hotter weather, non-Halloween themed, etc. (looking forward to seeing if we like Space Mountain---did not care for Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy with the flaming demon head!!)

We are working on our lodging, but have confirmed that we are staying with friends on the 12th (arrival, non-park day) and 13th (park day with our friends.) We will then move to an onsite hotel for two more nights before heading home. We're trying to decide GCH vs DLH. It's a short stay, so we may just splurge for the GCH. Hopefully we'll decide within the next week.

We are looking forward to riding GRR & Splash Mtn. DD8 just started liking roller coasters and this will be their first summer trip. Hopefully DD5 won't freak out on GRR (she is NOT a fan of roller coasters, but I think i can coax her into riding GRR once - forget splash!)

I'm also eager to watch Fantasmic. Haven't seen it since 2009. DD8 has vague memories of it. DD5 was only a baby when she saw it.

My girls were getting excited about it when I mentioned staying with our friends. DD8 started rattling off the rides we need to hit when we are there, lol!

This is why we love the Dis-Board and it's Members so much because we all learn so much from others experiences.

It takes just one question to open up a group discussion and off we go. We may not agree with everyone's view points on a certain topic but we take something positive away from every discussion.

70 days until we get on the plane and arrive in Anaheim. 71 days until we have our first park day, which will most likely be DCA since the boys want to see Carsland first. I'm getting excited, but also panicking because I have so much to do still.

Thanks for posting this! I knew McD and MiMi (sp) was close, but not that close

Big step in planning arrived for me last Saturday. I got myself for Mother's Day my first swimsuit in something like 13 years! For those cool Disney pools! Now I have 2 1/2 months to try to fit in it better . I"m making more of an effort to exercise each day and Mr FFerret and I are only eating meals with meat on the weekend. Living in TX this is no easy feat, but I can honestly say I feel better.

I'm probably going to wind up wearing a t shirt over the swimsuit anyways to help prevent sunburn (pale blonde, here). but I'll be rocking that t shirt!
