Congrats to all who booked, lol! I don't know what my problem is - I can't bring myself to do it. It is going it be so expensive, I don't want to know the price! And now I have convinced myself that there won't be any garden wing rooms available at CR. not sure what my problem is? DH keeps teasing me and telling me to book since we are going...I am so confused! I think it is bc I'm not happy with our dates. We are considering taking my oldest out of school and going in January, but I am going back to work this year (teaching per-school a few days a week after being a SAHM) and I don't know about taking time off. I know I can but I hate to do it...

Someone just tell me spring break will be okay...

Spring Break WILL BE FINE!!! You need to depart from your deposit money, book your vacation, get your reservation number, and start making payments. You can always move the dates around. Oh, you also need to breathe.

Bearcats, I am so sorry! The dates changed (thankfully we got refundable airfare), once I was able to really price everything out.

The trip is officialy 2/3/14 through 2/14/14, POFQ.

Not only does that save us quite a chunk of change, the predicted crowd on the heaviest day we are there is 4/10, not counting 2/14 as not only is it Valentines, but it is the start of Presidents Day Weekend.

Which means my count is down to 207 days, and in just 27 short days, I can start making my dining reservations.

We were also able to change our flights with no problem for the same price, so that was a bonus as well.

Once they announce the dates for the Wine&Dine 1/2 for 2014, we will book the November trip as well.

Now that its all real (ie booked), time to buckle down and get this trip paid and save for the souviners and the next trip.

We love POFQ!! It's my favorite moderate!

Yes, the standard rooms/views were not available, only garden/lagoon views and up. I'm learning it's because those rooms are held for a convention.

It looks like we are going all the to a Beach Club garden view!!

Its my favorite resort. The only deluxe we have stayed at was AKL and I was not that impressed, I just adore POFQ to much.

I was planning on just booking for that weekend. We (mom, best friend and I) did the W&D in 2012 and had a BLAST! I do the CA runDisney events since we live down here and after running at WDW, I dont want to run anywhere else. Might have helped its a night run, which is right in my wheelhouse.

DBF's first trip will be 1/2 will be Tink in 01/14 (just signed up on Tuesday), and his first WDW will be in 02/14 and then I am making him go back in 11/14 to do the W&D and earn his C2C. I dearly hope after all that he still loves me.

If you come to CA for any of the events and want to meet, we are at DLR all the time as its only 20 minutes from home.

Enjoy! I scheduled an afternoon just to visit AoA and look at everything. I have a Cars addict so I'm sure that will be his favourite part but the whole resort looks amazing.

Thanks! When we stayed at POP we walked around AoA to look at the theming and it looked awesome, especially the Nemo pool. I'm such a kid at heart haha

Hi everyone!! I am so excited to be adding a 2014 trip! I just booked the Yacht Club for November 6-10 for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon! I am going for my C2C medal next year, and am doing Tink in January in DL.

I have never been during the Food and Wine Festival and have always wanted to go - this seemed like a good way to take advantage!

I am hoping for a BB when we go in August this year, and if one is available I am hoping to add an end of summer trip as well.

I am coming to DL for Tink in January too! It will be my first DL trip. We will be staying at the GCH from 1/16-1/20. Looks like we are on the same path this year (minus Feb for me!). Are you running Tink and Princess for the special C2C?
