Where do you get the Rock Tape?

All this talk of injuries reminds of this time last year on the thread when everybody seemed to be going through the same thing at this point in their training.

I was all ready to change my training plan not due to injury, but because I was starting to overthink my plan and got a case of the "what if's".

After talking over my concerns with my running friend who gave me the plan I've been following, it made sense why it's set up the way it is, and why it's important I STICK TO THE PLAN.

My only "issue" is I have to figure out some way to try and get some speed work in in the next few weeks. The knees just do NOT want any part of that!

Listen everybody, it's perfectly normal to start feeling anxious about the mileage, whether or not you're really going to be ready in time, if you can actually run 13 whole miles. I know I felt all of that and then some last year, and it wasn't even my 1st half!

As I've said before...RELAX!![/..B] Get the freakouts out of your system now! Trust me when I tell you all will be fine.

This race is nothing like you've ever experienced before (if this is your first runDisney event), and you don't want to miss the

of it because you're so caught up in the details. This is FUN!!! Not the end of the world coming!

Take your time, trust your training and be like my Wonder Mutt...LIVE IN THE MOMENT.
