It took a very patient CM (Lisa), a supervisor and almost 45 minutes, but I was able to get 4-day park hoppers for DH and I using my 9 $50 gift cards from Target and a little leftover from our 2012 trip

. The cost was $453.70 for both tickets and they are mailing them to my house at no charge

. She asked if I wanted them mailed or if I wanted them at the Will Call window. I initially told her that I would just pick them up because I don't really want to pay for postage when there is not a huge benefit to getting them ahead of time, and I will still need to go to guest services to get our TIW card. She told me that just recently, they started offering to mail the tickets at no additional charge so I took her up on the offer. Now, that is one less thing I will have to worry about.
By next week, I will be doing the double-digit dance! I really need to get kicking on some longer distances. I've only gone more than 5.5 miles 3 times! I've done 6, 7 and 8 and only the 8 miles was within the past 6 weeks. The 6 and 7 miles were last summer. I can't wait until school starts because I will have several hours in the morning that will allow me to go out and run with no time limits. Right now, I have the choice of getting up at 3:30am (if I want to run 6-7 miles) or trying to do it after work. Since I never know if I will be out at 7pm (could be 8pm or later!), and I don't know what the weather will be like, I tend to get up and go in the morning, but 3:30am is way too early. Getting up at 4, I can usually get out on the road by 4:30 which only gives me 1 hour to run. If I can get in 5 miles, I am really cruising. I didn't run tonight so I am going to try and get up at 4 tomorrow and run the same route I ran yesterday. I did the 4/2 intervals and paced at 12:47 which is slower than I would like. I want to stay right around 12:00 for my runs that are 5 miles or less. My overall goal is to complete the 1/2 marathon at a 13:30 pace or better. So far, all of my distances have been kept under 13 minutes so I am still OK. It will be interesting to see what I can do when I finally get the chance to go out and do 10 miles
