yep...they are moving out and don't want to sell the trailer furnished. over 70% of listings here in Yuma foothills are sold furnished.

no....easter is a mixed bags of activities here...just not sure, though weeks away....on he border social calenarar, lots of time to plan. and as of yet, no phone calls.

TNP has a more difficult egg hunt planned this year.

ate lunch for breakfast....wife needed the kitchen to do perms and I could not make a mess...I had slept in a little longer than expected. Also ate the best fish fry in YUMA, golf course view, early sitting so easy breezy...which is what it is now....way to hard on my bad eye. computer room window next to outside cable tiv.
