Happy Birthday, Devin!!!
Hope it was a great one!

You all don't need to feel guilty about my cleaning...never mind that I hurt all over--even in places where there formerly were not places....

The flooring looks great, even if I do say so myself! The painting was a pain (literally), It doesn't help that Mike is clueless about how to do this stuff, so, most of it is left to me....

Next week-end, if it's pretty, we'll be back outside, doing the back of the house (painting the garage door, cleaning up the flower beds, mulching, etc...). I want to get it done before the weather starts turning too cool for me to enjoy being outside...or even before the weather turns so nice that all I want to do is go for a ride in the country with the top down on the car.

I forgot earlier Ann--congrats to your DD on a well-defended game!

hey all!!! i'm back!!!! we had a fabulous time!! the wedding was amazing...i can not tell you how happy i was when the minister finally pronounced us husband and wife!!

we wore our bride and groom hats all week and we got the best special attention!! it was awesome...

i'll be doing a trip report soon...with pictures!

i'm totally exhausted. we got home at about 10:30pm last night and had to turn around and come to work this morning. it was so very hard to get out of bed this morning!

and not to worry cheerleaders...although the "mountains" were great, nothing beats a little "etc"...

Wishing that SSB had started Tom Brady in his fantasy league instead of Trent Greeen! Boy, oh, boy... the looks for real!!!

Have to admit that SSB was pulling againest them when at the Super Bowl, surrounded by a sea of Pats fans... but they were sure "super" that day also!! The may have taken the kharma (sp?) right out o' the Rams!!!

It would be a win-win situation--you would keep your friends

i came this close to possibly meeting SSB while on my trip last week! we were invited to do an illuminations cruise with tc, jaypd, and beauty, along with their respected families. and SSB was also going to try to make it...but i guess he was too tired to join us...that's ok...maybe next time SSB! we had a good time anyway...

i started my trip report, but i'll have to work on it later...we had an awesome time! and i can't figure out this stupid scanner here at the office so i'll have my wonderful husband help me out with the one at home. i'm sure you guys would love to see some of our pictures...right?

You guys will LOVE this one: Recently I started a thread about how DD has to read "Team Rodent" ( Disney trashing book - evil Disney taking over the worls, or at least teh entertainment industry) in her 11th grade english class "media literacy"
Anyway.............apparently there is an assignment to take a "disney inventory" of our home ROTFLMAO (movies, books, games, mugs, souvenirs, clothing, etc etc etc). I mean, I am not a collector by any means, but we do have ahem, a few things between the three of us. and she has to bring in one example hehehehehe
She told the teacher the other day, as suggested by JohnThe Baptist in my thread, that she needed "an alternate assignment because this one goes agaisnt her family's religious beliefs" She said the teacher just laughed nervously.

Ann--too funny! Maybe your DD should show up with all of in tow as an example of a Disney "souvenir". We would certainly be among the more unusual "show and tell" items.

Debbie...Debbie...Debbie.....You've got it all wrong. You wouldn't be paying me to DIS. You'd be paying me to be here when ever you needed to gig someone. That way, you wouldn't have to worry about insulting any of the other cheerleaders, thereby sparing any hurt feelings on their part, thus, ensuring their continued friendship with you.
You see--you're paying for convenience and peace of mind. How could you lose???

Bob, Bob, Bob.....Glad to see you pop in again. A guy I work with has 2 Fantasy League teams., I showed him your post today at work and he said he fully understood why you felt that way. One of his teams was absolutely horrid last week, while the other did pretty well. Last year, he won (after deducting the membership fee) about 850.00. Did pretty well for himself.
I woulda' used that toward a trip to WDW---he bought a new garage door. Some people...
