The new theme for May is...

I'm really glad there seem to be lots of people here who are looking forward to this month's theme, but at significant risk of needing to I have to admit that I'm rather about the theme.

Does anyone else have the mental image of large guys, scratching their bumms, chewing giant wads of nasty brown Skoal, and emitting streams of similarly foul liquid, during an electrifyingly fast-paced game where most of the time you are staring at one guy throw a ball to a guy dressed kinda like Jason (yes, yes -- I know that was a hockey goalie mask), while everyone else just stands there, doing the spitting thing?

Ah well, I will until of course everyone else gets all , and and we will need a to end the flame wars.

But seriously, I'm glad everyone else is excited

All I can say is: Lets go Cubbies!! The Phils always break my heart so I have a back up team that is not any better. But when I lived in California, I had the A's. As long as the uniforms are better than the teams I have chosen to route for, then all will be right in the world. LOL

Actually, my first thought was something about virtual gangs armed with virtual baseball bats cracking open a few virtual skulls in VMK. "Give me your inferno magic or else!" It gives a whole new meaning to "Bat Magic!" But I just assumed it was my crankiness taking over my thoughts.

So picture this... two sides in VMK, the bullies with virtual baseball bats and the victims wearing the virtual superhero mask since the mask looks like two black eyes.
