[color=CC0000]Mad4Mickey[/color] i'm so jealous, I love Vegas. You'll have o tell us about it when you get back. Next time I go I want to stay in Bellagios (I stayed in New York New York and the Venetian last time.) Also I want to see The Phantom of the Opera when it opens in the Venetian. I have seen it twice in Londons west end and love the show.

My dentist visit went well although my mouth is still a little sore, but never mind.

Oh well I better finish my cup of tea and then go food shopping as we have no food in for next week!!

Good morning folks and a warm welcome to all our new members!

I'm trying to buy some time. DH is running around in his long johns wanting to leave for skiing while I sit here in my Power Puff Girl PJ's. It's only 9 degrees out, and I'd like to wait until at least the weather has hit the double digits.

The chocolate poll says that I like the soft fillings, but I"m actually a "crunchy, nutty, chewy" person. I like caramel, but please don't give me one of those nougat or jelly filled chocolates! Yuk! A dark chocolate truffle will do just fine--thank you.

So, as you can see, I'm generally a "moderate" income kind of girl--with the exception of a honeymoon stay at the GF. (Actually, I almost fainted when we spent a whole $200 a night on a hotel back in 1990!!! LOL, what does it cost now to stay at the GF?)

OH MYYYYYYYY almost time to move to another home!! You guys have done over 7 pages since I've been on line!!! Ok first off, welcome to Yourtravelpro and gdulaney. We are glad you stopped by. Hope you can stay awhile.
I was a travel planner in Germany. I volunteered for the Officer's Wives Club and planned trips to Africa, Czech, England etc etc etc. I made out the itinerary, hired the pros and traveled for free! I just had to deal with bossy passengers sometimes-you know the ones who are never pleased?? But it was worth it.

Nephosaurus thanks for looking into your crystal ball and getting us the inside scoop of the tag fairies. Very interesting!!

Ok off to church. I still need to go back and read all the posts more carefully.

BTW, Sam is doing well. Her heart is on the mend. Apparently her ex is having second thoughts If you saw Sam, you'd see why. She won't last long on the "market" Did I really say that about my daughter?????? EWWW I'm making it sound like my baby is a piece of meat>

Well, Eric is coming down with a cold, so we decided that Rob will take Hunter skiing, and I will stay home with Eric. So, you're stuck with me today. Actually, this will give me a chance to fold laundry, do some housework, and then I think I'll take Eric to see "Miracle" later. And anyone is going to flame me for taking a stuffed up kid to a public movie theatre, well ! Too bad.

Well, gonna be busy today. Grocery store and two, yes, two finishing up science fair projects and putting the presentations on the big boards. YUCK! It was easier with just one. Now, my kindergartener wanted to do one!!!!

Let's see, it wasn't until I met ohanafamily that I started staying on property. Before that the closest I got was the TraveLodge right outside DD. But here's the list of on property resorts ohanafamily and I have stayed at.

Grand Floridian
Old Key West (pre-DVC membership)
Contemporary
Old Key West (on DVC points)
Boardwalk Villas (on DVC points)
Polynesian (free, using certificate from buying more DVC points)
Beach Club Villas (2x on DVC points)
and our next trip we'll be staying at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge (on DVC points)

Speaking of movies, have any of you seen Whale Rider? DH & I rented it last week and loved it. A really good movie. The little girl in it, Keisha Castle-Hughes, was nominated for Best Actress & she is so good. She was only 11 when she made the movie!

Cheeringmom, I'm glad Sam is feeling better. I remember when I was in high school & thought everything that happened was so important. Now, I can barely remember high school and most of the people I knew while I was there.

I too, am an old ATWT fan! I used to schedule my college classes around it!!! But I'm too busy these days to watch much TV.

DS8 still LOVES to cuddle--but would die a slow death if his friends knew. We're very close though. We left his dad when Josh was only 18 months, so I'm about all he knows. He has very few memories of the jerk (thank GOD in heaven!!!)

I have only stayed at ASMo (x2). I would LOVE to stay at a mod. I got very interested in joining DVC after my last trip but my mother, who is pretty invovled in my life, talked me out of it (you don't have THAT kind of money . . . you won't fit in . . . you'll never go anywhere else if you spend all your money there . . . doesn't Josh deserve to see OTHER places . . . etc.) Believe it or not, she is a pretty great lady, but she definitely has her opinions.

Talking of where we have stayed in WDW. I have only been once, last year and stayed at the BCV for 2 weeks. But I intend to go again, hopefully christmas 2005 to stay at the BCV. I visited DLP for a day once on my honeymoon which was god and am going back there at easter for 5 days. I'm not sure which hotel we are staying in though as it is a surprise. I'll let you know when we get back.

For the wedding, we are staying for 3 nights at Coronado Springs, then for the wedding night, FTW is treating us to concierge at the Yacht Club and we are staying one more night at the Yacht Club after. I can't wait!

I'm a Sagittarius and I like chocolates from all over the world. German, Swiss, Belgian, English, American, etc. So the astrology chart doesn't work for me.

I love your dress, [color=CC00CC]Kismetdreams[/color]! The poofy skirt looks lovely! Just watch out for your train--my DH stepped on mine right after we walked down the aisle (we were turning to go up some stairs) and he made a big brown stain on it. Bustling the dress hid it, fortunately. It was pretty funny. I usually spill things on myself when I eat so I was nervous about eating while wearing a white dress. Of course I didn't spill anything on myself. DH teases me about my clumsy eating so I got to tease him about stepping on my train!

[color=663366]AZKathy[/color], I liked OKW fine, but it isn't my favorite. It is nice if you rent a car, but the bus service is not the best. We like BCV, Walking Distance to Drinking...I mean EPCOT.

RRBB, I also stayed at the CR and GF pre-meeting you. I refuse to stay at an All-Star...

But you left off the CRUISES. They were Disney....and the GC in DL last year.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love my wife...We are about to deliver some old computers to our Temple. I have spent the last few weeks cleaning and fixing them so they can be used by kids. They don't have the power of the new $400 machines, but for children's games they should work just fine. I went out and bought new mice and keyboards for them too.
