It's been a long time since my youngest DS was in a stroller (he is 14 now!), but we did take him to DW when he was just 2, and we took our own stroller for similar reasons that you mentioned. He was just more comfy it in! We checked it, along with his car seat, and all was fine, and I was glad I did it. Those plastic strollers just don't seem as comfy!

We have checked our own stroller at the gate as well...never had a problem.
It's everything I can do to STOP my hands from grabbing the phone and dialing. (LOL). In the meantime, I can always visit this wonderful thread, and get my FIX of all things "Wild and Lodgey" (Lodgey? Did I invent a NEW WORD?!?
).
: Enjoy the weekend!
go to the park with his friend without parents. Staying at WL would make me feel alot better about this decision. Also, we will be spending our afternoons poolside and return later to the parks in the evenings.
