Momof 2DisneyBoys-

My Celebrations Magazines came today, now I can immerse myself into Disney - 9 issues to read

Just happened upon a thread here on the DIS mentioning easywdw.com, it is an interesting site, the calendar combines, crowd levels, weather parks to avoid etc - being all on one is a nice feature

If your interested in checking it out here is the link :)

Very interesting indeed! When you click "continue reading" at the bottom of the November 2010 calendar it gives a very detailed explanation for every single day of the month. Not the prettiest or flashiest site but I just need facts! And it's free! :)

I missed that earlier when I was checking the site out, thanks for pointing it out :thumbsup2

That is a great site! Thanks for posting. I hope you don't mind if I quote you over on the December Thread. I know some people over there would love to see the calendar, too. :goodvibes

Nice Site! I have anywhere from 5-10 during my week. But I am pretty sure the normal crowd we are used to runs around 8. For the same week we went last year in Aug (this week), it is 8 and 9s. Which I would agree with. It was more crowded then the 3/4th week of June crowds! We should be fine as long as we avoid MK on Thanksgiving, which we already planned to do anyways. I think we may go to AK that morning and maybe, just maybe hop over to see Fantasmic that night. I am sure Epcot on Fri the 26th is going to be insane. But it is our only chance to see the Santa Storytellers. So, we will deal with it that day. But I am thinking I may want to either move my dinner to a much earlier time and get the heck out of dodge before the CP crowds start rolling in that evening or have dinner outside of Epcot.

Huhhhh... Just when I thought I was finished planning. ;)

Oh - I got a clean bill of health. With limited mobility. The dr describes my belly as a superficial wound. Like a cut. But the fact that it is a incision site, it needs to heal properly. So I have been given 2 weeks to get it to healed or they are going to restitch it. She said I can swim now! Yeah! She just doesn't want me doing anything that requires me to do serious streching of my tummy muscles and no heavy lifting. Otherwise, she said I was fine to return to my typical wigglewort self!

Well you just better be a good girl now ya hear? All kidding aside I hope it heals and you do not have to have it restiched .....ouchi

I keep looking at my plans for our week and tweeking my ADR's I am tempted to switch around two of our days but I just can't decide since I will then lose at least one ADR :confused3

Question for all you people who have gone in the slow November times before

What are the chances they will add a second Fantasmic show on Veterans Day ??? I am thinking since it is a Holiday it might be a possiblity?

Last year, about a couple of weeks before my trip they added several Fantasmic showings for my week. I think it started with 3 and ended up with 7. But only on 4 nights. Three of those 4 nights showed it 2X.

Hope that made sense! :upsidedow

Yes it made sense  I am thinking of switching one of my Epcot days with my DHS but then we will miss Fantasmic but I plan on going to see the OL during Fantasmic anyway , but if they add a second show then I will go to the 2nd show :confused3

Maybe I just better leave my planned days as is since I will lose Via Napoli as I made that ressie for after Illunminations on EMH and DH wants to try the pizza

Okay, I just dug out my Times Guide from last year! Looks like Fantasmic ended up showing on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday at both 6:30 and 8:00. And Friday at just 6:30.

Hope that helps! :goodvibes

I don't even know what days it is scheduled for this year. I haven't even paid attention. More concerned about the Osborne Lights I guess!!

We've never done the Fantasmic show, and were thinking we would this time.

However, I'd rather do the Osbourne lights ~ can both be done in one evening? :confused3

I'm thinking not since Fantasmic is only one night (as of now) at 6:30 and the park closes at 7:00. If that is the case I'll fight for the lights & do Fantasmic next time we're back in WDW.

Now...I gotta go check out that calendar :thumbsup2 and I'm going to compare it to the week we usually go in September too, to compare the crowd levels we're used to.:rotfl:

This year last time I looked it was scheduled Sun and Thurs one time

I have never seen Fantasmic the last show I saw was back when it was still MGM in the90's, last year the day we went to DHS my Ddil had a panic attack(cause of the crowds)so we headed over
to the Boardwalk and Epcot and never made it back to DHS:sad2:

I made my next trip plans yesterday for February 27th- March 5th. Celebrating DH's
40th. Birthday! I know some of you get the addiction of Disney...

It makes me feel better when I am at Disney... when the time comes to leave... to know when I will be back. Who's with me. :)

FANTASMIC! is the one show I always tell people to see if they haven't. I believe it is the best show Disney has ever put on! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! So those of you who have not seen it yet, if you can fit it in - GO!
