Wow. I don't use that many eggs in a year. The baked good look yummy.

I will probably let my seasonal AP go after this year. I want to do several Disney trips next year and won't have the time or money for both.
I have a Universal trip planned for B's birthday, but if she gets into the Disney College Program she won't be able to come with me.

Work has been painfully slow this week. I think between spring break and the crazy weather we have been getting a bunch of cancellations.

I am counting the minutes until lunch.

Wonderful Wednesday is here, and camel said he’s done with this yo yo weather March has been giving us. 39 the high today, but at least glorious sunshine all day. Then Sunday to be 70, with Monday, high 53. Then talking some snow on Thursday, with the high 43. Should be more like wet sleet if we do get that snow. Let’s get those 70 degrees days more and more pronto. Just saying. Heater still on, as went to down to 23 degrees last night. Sigh. But hoping that more nicer weather comes with the first day of Spring next week.

But yay, at the middle of the week already, so get over this hump of a day feeling Wednesday, then Fabulous Friday only then a day away. Woot!

Yeah, hear ya Charade with the AP costs, but crossing fingers and toes B does get that Disney job. Then you have a year of trips to visit her. So, having that only that AP makes more sense. Since older one wants to visit universal after our week at Disney, will buy him the seasonal AP, as to buy him tickets for the days we are there, that AP is around the same price. And right now, universal giving 3 months free, so I’ll buy it soon. Then, if he becomes a FLA resident, he can renew at whatever level or that level at a cheaper price or not. I may let both parks AP go next year, as want to do other places, and not the Orlando area. But I have and will renew this year though, as we already planned our one trip, and getting together a fall trip and maybe even a holiday one. So, makes sense to keep both for now. Having them does make you want to visit more often though.

Ah, little one wants to do an errand soon. I’m game to go with her. So nice out, even though still requires a warm enough jacket. But rocking those sunglasses 😎. Yay! Love to see those clear blue sky days every day.

We're baaaaaccccckkkkkkk!

Homies, it's been forever! Missed y'all. Glad to see the SAN thread is still going.

The littlies are no longer THAT little. Middle school now. I just cannot. Driving and high school in the fall for one of them :scared: We let our AP's expire back in 2021, but the oldest has a band trip next week. We were planning our Universal re-entry with my parents and my youngest brother - but now my dad isn't feeling the best and my brother has to travel for work, so here I am planning a last minute trip. ha ha.

I am having a bit of sticker shock. Band is going to the OG parks Wednesday and Friday and Epic on Thursday and Saturday (after the band competition). All was doable until I starting pricing out Epic! The last daddy daughter dance for my youngest is on that Friday - so we are debating if I go solo (daughter has to travel and stay with her band the entire time). Or maybe they come down for Wed and Thursday?

The original plan was PBH (for express) and new AP's - but now that I know AP's don't cover Epic... I have analysis paralysis. Funny. I am out of practice. I used to be able to plan this in my sleep! 😂

Anywho - its been fun looking back at all the threads and trying to see what everyone has been up to.

sending the mr to panera for the 'lil's track fund raiser. prices have taken a healthy bump there since i last patronized them ala chipolte ouch

that broccoli cheddar soup better be as good as I remember lol

podiatrist earlier this week, dermatologist today & I start PT for hip tomorrow. at least it's getting me out of the house

supposed to flirt with 70 degrees this weekend. will at least melt the rest of the snow from the freak storm

come on spring!

GoNDMay9, sounds like a fun trip. Yeah I hear ya with costs, as you only save around 10 dollars a ticket for an add epic one day visit onto a AP. We did 2 days with my DD, that cost us a nice little chunk of change on top of the AP prices, when we stayed at the Hard Rock, and my kids did one day, and they stayed two nights at Helios to get the park early entrance from that hotel. They thought one day, if you stay from early entry to park close, you can get most of the park done. If you really want to splurge, can add express with a one day ticket to Epic, to be able to ride everything. But know, there are times, rides still go down at Epic, and if bad weather, more close. Potter ride tends to close early too, so try to get that ride during early entry if it is working. My DS is coming with me when we go in May, and he said has no desire to go to Epic again. Fine with me. We do, tend to stay at one of the 3 hotels that provide unlimited express to the other two parks, though those express passes also don’t work at Volcano Bay water park either. That water park has a separate express you can buy.

Interestingly, most of the multi park tickets seem to say you can go to Islands, the studios or epic the number of days on your ticket. So realistically, could go to epic several days if you buy a 3 or 4 day ticket.

Ah, another day to rock those sunglasses, including little one rocking her new Disney monster sunglasses today. I’d steal them, but I like my Maui Jim’s more. I do like my monster sunglasses too, though, they are not the new Disney ones they just released, as had bought them last year. But we all had heavier sweatshirts on, as that wind made you think we were more like in January rather than March. But yay, as every day will be warmer than the 52 degrees high we had today, as 63 tomorrow, then 59 on Saturday, with glorious Sunday to be 70 degrees. But no matter, that 10 degrees below average will greet us next week, where our lows still go as low as the freezing temp. Sigh, but will be enjoying those tastes of spring arriving tomorrow and Sunday.

Walked that huge mall, then went to a very busy Yard House for a nice late lunch. Yes, we did brings scraps home for DH.

Kids said given the nicer weather tomorrow, maybe a shore visit or go to those further away outlets, where there is the only Disney store I know of around us. Will let them decide, as both are about the same amount of time to get to both places, so we’d rather wake up a little earlier than today. Though today, we had a guy very loudly complain, outside, about being late, and doing that loud yelling very near our house, at 7 am this morning. Woke all of us up, and then we all fell back to sleep until almost lunchtime. Even we decide to travel tomorrow, it won’t need that too early 7 am wake up.

But Thirsty Thursday it is, as we picked up coffee and a tea on the way home from that huge mall. Still sipping my tea, as bought that large size.

Keisha, hope all those medical visits go perfectly. And I hear ya, Panera did a nice higher raise of their prices, and now bake frozen baked items all day. Little one won’t order bagels anymore, as she says they taste like they were frozen. Before that cost saving move, they use to make the bakery stuff fresh, and if they sold out, they were sold out of an item. Now, you too can get a frozen baked item that used to sell out. I can also say, the bread isn’t as tasty either. But we still, time to time, order from them. And I think the soups do still tastes good, as it comes in large plastic bags, they heat up. I like the broccoli one, as seems to be consistently the same, and the new potato one, that I do think is just as good as the old, and the onion one. Nice your purchase will provide funds to your Granddaughter’s track team.

Hope all have a nice Thursday today, and a Most Fabulous Friday tomorrow. Woot! This 3rd week of March is almost over. Bye St. Patty’s Day. ☘️
With a Hello to April in two weeks. Woot!
