We have never gone in November, I hope its a good time!

Sounds like quite a fantastic gathering you and the neighbors will be having :thumbsup2

Wow. That's a BIG group!! LOL! I hope you have a great time with that crowd. Will you do a lot together or go your own ways? I can't imagine keeping everyone together much. We went on the cruise with 9, and I thought I was going to go nuts planning for so many people! LOL! I hope you have an awesome time!!

My ticker now starts with a 5! And I have to get up before 6 on Sunday morning for ADR's-atleast I can go right back to sleep!
My DH and I did the Key to the World tour last year and they actually pipe the bakery smell on main street up through the utilidor (it is a sweet smell). I also love the orange grove on Soarin'
I will be there Thanksgiving week and could work in a DIS meet, would be fun.

OMG, is it November yet? My parents just got back from a five day trip on Sunday, and my sister's family left for a nine day trip today! I wanna go NOW!

On the plus side, paid the mouse $1k today...halfway paid! And my MVMCP tickets came in today! Woo-hoo! Now time to start making ride lists. With me in the chair, and DD being under the limit for some rides, we'll be making lists of what we can easily ride/all ride together, things that are worth the effort to do rider swap, things that DH and DD will ride solo, and things that we'll pass on this year until DD is older. I'm trying to remind myself that this is HER trip, so if we skip some of the big things that's okay.

Awesome! :goodvibes

Okay ladies, I have a Question of the Weekend. . . .

How many pairs of shoes will you take to WDW????? :goodvibes:cool1:

I have been on a shoe buying frenzy this spring for some reason. (Always with Disney in mind of course ;)) So I am left wondering exactly how many pairs I am going to be able to fit into our luggage!! :rotfl:

I am going to try to limit myself to about 5 pair. . .

good question shelly!
I will most likely bring 2...tennis shoes (tho I end up wearing them the least) and my crocs...they don't match every outfit, but i don't care!! They feel the best on my tired little feet!! I have the flip flop pair and I loooove them!! I really appreciate how they mold to my feet and they can be machine washed!!!!!! Kids are the same...we bring crocs and tenny's for them...we usually do crocs with socks at the airport cuz it's faster...but it was snowing last time we left so it took quite a while for all 5 of us to get through that line lacing shoes and pulling up boots!
I soooo look forward to not packing 'winter' stuff this go-round.....hoping for shorts/tee shirt weather....definitely helps with the shoe selection!!!!

for me it will be a
1 pair of sneakers
1 mary jane crocs
1 pair of flip flops
2 pairs of cute sandals with a wedge heel
I guess that is 5..not too bad;)

I will bring two pairs also, my sneakers and I will wear down my crocs for ease of taking them off and putting them on in line at the airport.

I can't believe you ladies bring 5 pairs of shoes! We all wear our sneakers down and wear our sneakers everyday. (Possibly bring flip flops for the kids to wear to the pool). Every so often I am amazed by the shoes I see people wearing (4" heels don't really do it in Disney!)

My sneakers, my Teva Hurricane sandals , and probably a pair of flip flops for the pool. For the kids, sneakers and their Crocs.

Can you still get the mary jane crocs? I'll have to check because I have two pair that I wore on our last trip and their is no tread left on the bottoms so they are so slick they would be dangerous on damp sidewalks. But I LOVE THEM! They are so comfy!

I guess to answer the QOTW, I will bring tennis shoes and crocs. We have no plans for any nicer dinners so that's it!

That's pretty close to my list! I will bring my tennis shoes, which I will hardly wear. They make my feet too hot down there. I got a new pair of easy spirit shoes specifically for the trip. Need to break those in. Those will be my comfort shoes! They aren't the best looking, but they sure are comfortable. Then probably 1 or 2 flip flops, which I will wear most. And a few pairs of sandals with a wedge heel, for going to nice dinners, etc. Okay, I might be up to 6 pair now. :rotfl:

Can't wait!!:cool1:

Here are my Easy Spirit's I was talking about. . . Not my normal style, but I was going to comfort here. They are very lightweight.

I have never warn open toed shoes in the parks, I have such a fear of someone stepping on my toes or running over my foot with a stroller or ecv :scared1:
