The New,New Hotel Thread-Yes, We're STILL Waiting

I was one of the ones that was up for 28++ hours Sunday night into Monday and then the chaos this morning (3am est). I was refreshing like crazy.....searching the website...clicking on everything imaginable....then I go get DD from school.....take her to ballet....make a sandwich...and sit back down at the computer and boom...it happens. I think it happens if you are not refreshing like crazy. Go to the website...do a search...walk away for 10 minutes...come back...and repeat...

Ok I just clicked on the site and the dang video came up--I had 5 minutes when the video ended but only 1 hotel which was far from the area I wanted so I clicked the "hotels main page" button and the video started again with over 4 minutes left so I finished the video then went and changed the city and watched the video again (for the 3rd time) and had over 3 minutes left and a hotel I could use came up so I clicked on "Book it" then got the "Sorry the $1 campaign is off" message

WTH!!! I had plenty of time to get it done!!

What were you doing before the clock came up? Did you just search for destination? I am just starting for today.

all you that have won are making me sooo jealous! I have been on here since Thursday. When you won were you already on the website or did you just sign into it?

Can someone please tell me if the GF is still listed? I have looked through all the 4* and 5* listings for WDW and have found WL, AKL, BW, BC, YC and Poly but no GF any hints on which listing it is?

GF is listed under Downtown Disney hotels...the only 5* listed.

just had the same message at the end of the process about the promotion being off, had already put in my cc number

what are you guys doing about this??? Are you calling and making sure they don't have your cc number or are you just guessing that the res. didn't go through so everything is fine????

I clicked the book it, I entered cc and address info and was I guess ready to check out when I got that pop up. I was wondering the same thing, they have my cc info... has anyone gotten this far and received the pop up about the time being up and still got the room booked?

my question is are the people that are getting that message at any point were you guys using/still using the sxipper/enounce or any other program (even if it is disabled)

I uninstalled my programs w/ the fear that I would get it and then be cancelled...maybe, even if you aren't using it (or you are), the LMT site is detecting therefore saying it is off?

Any thoughts?

I was at another website and clicked on the tab to open the page and clicked on "search now" and it popped up

I have been waiting this whole time, since Sunday at 11:30 pm!!!!! Just had the video come up, but it gave the promotion is over screen. Drats!!!!!!!!!!! There was POR, All star movies and pop.

I cleared my cookies and dumped files, then surfed around for about 20 mins and it came up.

So frustrating!!!!!!

i found the number, i am also calling my cc company and telling that to block all charges from this company including any international charges, hope that helps, why did i do it, i knew it wasnt' a good idea uuggggghhhhhh

and by the way...i booked Beach Club with time left but got same message. You would think they would honor the ones who got to the booking and hit submit at the end before the clock ran out....never again!...isn't that false advertisement if you don't allow people to get their bookings if they were in time allotted? I'm going to report to BBB. Some people may have got ressies but others got scammed.

Well it is 4.42 EST here and i just got the video. After sitting here for several nights and getting nothing. I just walked in turned the computer input my dates, nothing, then i refreshed and the video started, i started shaking and had to pull myself together to put my info in. Any way i got 7 nights at Coronado Springs, i am so happy i could cry!

So hang in there, oh and i also got the kids stay and eat free postcard today!

Guys I am worried about my card...think I'll call...something just isn't right...it's a gut feeling. When u get all the way through and it does not take your ressie-with time left...something is fishy. I hope we don't all get viruses and bank charges.
