I was one of the ones that was up for 28++ hours Sunday night into Monday and then the chaos this morning (3am est). I was refreshing like crazy.....searching the website...clicking on everything imaginable....then I go get DD from school.....take her to ballet....make a sandwich...and sit back down at the computer and boom...it happens. I think it happens if you are not refreshing like crazy. Go to the website...do a search...walk away for 10 minutes...come back...and repeat...

Have you gotten the offer yet?? I was right there with you for over 26 hours Sunday into Monday and I feel your pain...have you had any luck. I have only tried a handful of times yesterday and today--nothing....I have yet to even see a Clock.....

I also work at a large university and it popped up for me at work yesterday afternoon. (3:49 EST to be exact!) I had wondered the same thing about the IP address but I guess it wasn't a factor because I got in. Good luck!

Oh good. This makes me feel better. I'm getting desperate thinking about taking a little bit of sick time or whatever to make this happen.

Yesterday when it popped up for me I was at work. Today I was at home.

Geez, I can't believe youve seen it twice....I've been doing this for almost a week (except for the break I took yesterday so that I wouldn't have to be committed) and I have never seen the video....post after post of people seeing the video several times and people winning, I just don't know how much I can take,,,,it has never done anything but be a normal website page for me. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????

Why do people keep saying this about the taxes? It's simply not true. Period.

I don't know if they will bother with 1099's or not but......

Thank you for your e-mail. In regards to the taxes: The value of hotel rooms purchased during the World For A Dollar campaign may be taxable as income. Individuals are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local income or excise taxes on prize. Depending on the value of the rooms, you may be required to provide a social security number for 1099/income tax filing purposes. If required, LMT will send you the appropriate documentation for tax filing. In addition, you are responsible for all travel/transportation to and from hotel, meals, beverages, phone charges, incidentals, or other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. You are not responsible for hotel taxes.

What you would be responsible for would be resort fees, parking fees anything that is not hotel taxes and that the hotel is charging outside of the room price.

As far as the number of rooms you can book it is only one per sweepstakes and one per household.

I caught the clock this morning too late but I wasn't even on LMT when it started. I also had DH's computer on and he had a clock at the same time with no activity at all on the computer.

thanks for those who confirmed about it poping up at work. I also work at a university (we must keep good company) and was worried about that (today was my day off so I saw it at home)

I'm still hoping! Good luck to everyone in the next 2 1/2 days!!

me too exactly. I just don't understand why I can't see the video ever....someone in PA said the saw it aroudn 11:15 today (or something close to that) and I was sitting right here at that time exploring the site...I don't get it.

I saw it once last week too but came it at the very end. I don't understand what the difference is this week. Except that yesterday and today I saw it at very similar times and both times it was shortly after I had logged into their site.

Will we get paperwork from DIsney at some point like you do when you book through them? I've never booked anything through an online site so I wasn't sure if I should be looking for something at some point. I have my confirmation email from LMT that I will print out and hang onto for now.

What do you think about that? Do you think everyone gets a chance or just certain IP addresses? I just don't get it either how some people have gotten it two, three times and I've never seen it once. I've seen the video twice and still no free room The time runs out before I find a room. I had like 3 minutes and the room I wanted wasn't there so I went and did a search for my second hotel and the stupid video stated again all that was left was townhouses and thats not what I wanted so I kinda sat there like WTH with seconds to spare. I know from being on the LMT chatroom that you cannot refresh your page to get the clock. The site somehow knows how many times you have refreshed and if you refresh too much you will not get the clock. The other thing is that you have to be signed in and have to explore the LMT site and the video will pop up. Hope this helps. Maybe tonight will be my lucky night crossing fingers. I really do need a vacation after all this.

Go up to Tools and highlight Pop-Up blocker then you'll see where it says Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker.

Course, this is if your using IE.
