KCmike, wish you were here at the GF right now with your camera! There is an incredible storm starting and lots of people, including us have been out taking pictures. It is still sunny but really windy and huge black clouds over the Contemporary. We went down to the dock where the are tying up the boat from the MK and you can see a rainbow off in the distance. Not your usual GF views but spectacular to see!

I am sooo excited right now. After reading through this entire thread (it is a great thread..so well done with the info on the first page) I just changed my sister's and my connecting rooms from the Contemporary to the GF. Furthermore, when I read all the incredible things about Sugar Loaf Key, I had to book CL as well!!!

Susan and I go every year and usually do a split stay for convenience in touring our two favourite parks - MK and Epcot (our second half of the trip is at BC CL where we were lucky to get a 40% discount) I just now hung up the phone telling her that I had switched our CR rooms to the GF and that made her so excited...but when she heard which building we were staying in, she shrieked into the phone saying that this will be our best vacation ever and I agree!!!!

Now, if only November will get her quickly!!!

micknme - I'm glad you've joined us, and are enjoying the thread! Congrats on booking SL, I know you will love it - and a BC/GF split is perfect, we did the same last summer in reverse.

Everyone, keep checking back to the first page, I've been adding photos a little at a time. Today, I added some themed pool photos, and I'll be adding boat dock, marina, etc.

I have better themed pool photos, but DD has them with her on her laptop. I'll try to get them soon.

Loving the new photos

I'd love to know if when I arrive on the 14th November the Christmas decorations will be up?

I'm trying to decide whether to eat at Citricos this trip, I've always liked the look of it but never quite made it, the only thing is I'm 'solo' on this trip and usually prefer a bar area so not sure if the ambiance lends itself to solo dining?
