I have the OLD The Firm videos (yes VHS- can you believe it, lol) My kit came with the fanny lifter (2 pieces-purple and blue) 3 tapes, Ab Sculpt with Lisa, Body Sculpt with Jen and Cardio Sculpt with Allie. I have all the videos and pieces, however I have lost all the paperwork that came with it. Does anyone have the 30 day rotation that came with this set?????

I found some 28 day calendars for you ... I don't know what level you wanted but the Beginner rotation has you alternating Cardio Sculpt, Ab Sculpt and Body Sculpt in that order every other day for the full 28 days. The workout would look like CS day 1, Rest, AS day 3, rest, BS day 5, Rest, CS day 6 ...
The Intermediate workout looks like this: CS, Rest, BS, AS, R, CS, BS, R, CS, R, BS, AS, R, CS, BS, R, CS, R, BS, AS, R, CS, BS, R, CS, R, BS, AS
I hope that helps (and makes a little bit of sense). Let's see ... my workouts this week so far, golf 9 holes carrying my clubs on Monday, and Aerobic Body Shaping last night. I have to confess that I was working through ABS last night thinking about you all that were talking about the footwork. I had to chuckle a little because I STILL have trouble keeping up in some parts ... only recently "got" the very last aerobic sequence with the kicks and stuff

I think the key is to just keep moving

OH, and I also managed to stay on my calories yesterday too
