we didn't dress up for MG but its quite romantic and candlelit so you could (but its also fairly dark so no-one's going to notice ;) )

Instead of a dessert menu the waiter brought over a plate of each dessert and explained what they were, then once you chose he went and got a fresh one for you to eat (so don't worry if two of you want the same!). IMHO the desserts were the best bit of the meal - I usually prefer starters as desserts are so often out of the freezer, but these were very nice and beautifully presented too! :flower: :teeth:

I didn't know Pepper Market was included in DDE! (I think I have an old list, or something). That is good news!

Someone asked if the MG and Pepper Market were in MYW dining. They are.

I don't know if they are in DDE, that's a discount card, not a dining plan.

Can someone confirm whether or not you can use DDE at CSR? I've read that you can't but some say you can. Which is it? :confused3

Thanks!

Maya Grill is on the DDE participation list but NOT Peppers Market. The only time a food court is included as a participating restaurant in the DDE is when the resort does not have a sit down establishment. The foodcourts at Movies, Music, Sports and French Quarter all are DDE establishments.

Thanks for the quick reply! What about the bars at CSR? Too bad about the foodcourt. We usually eat at the foodcourts a lot during our stays. That would have saved us a bundle!

Hey, thanks. It's good to know Pepper Mkt and Maya Grill are included in the MYW dining. Thanks again. :wave2:

We are arriving from England in Aug. and we were planning what to do on our first morning. We are going to be awake very early (4 - 5am ish). Can you use the Jacuzzi early in the morning? :cloud9:

We usually go out for a walk around the resort at that time but we were thinking it would be a lovely start to relax before we hit the parks. :cheer2:

I'd hit Walmart before the locals are up and get your water, snacks etc. :goodvibes

Although there's plenty to walk round as the resort is fairly big, we found three problems with doing this early:

1) it was a bit dark
2) The sprinklers were still going so we kept getting wet
3) Once the CMs start moving around you're dodging golf buggies. Also, we tried to do a bit of atmospheric video diary and had to give up because a CM was assiduously (SP?) tidying the whole pool area with one of those horrible (useless!) leaf blower thingies :sad2:

Tell you what, best stay home and send me your tickets instead :rotfl2:

MazdaUK

Thanks for the suggestions, sorry I'd have to givemy right arm before anyone got there hands on our tickets. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: It makes me laugh when the cm's look at you as if "yep English" because you are up so early. :teeth:

I hear the new Walart on 535 is good do you happen to know if its 24 hours?

charlottebetty

I think I saw on one of the trip reports that its fairly small compared to some of the older ones - don't know the hours I'm afraid (but I bet someone on here knows the best Walmart - listening Mr Stringer? :goodvibes :wave2: )

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I have not had time to read through the whole thread. Are there any type of fishing opportunites at CSR? Are there any ordering limitations at Pepper Market with the food plan? Thanks Buzz AND Epcotfan for the great websites!

yes, you can rent a pole and fish from the dock, rent a boat and fish out on the lake or do a bass excursion that comes with someone to drive the boat and take you around the lake or other locations on WDW property. Info on my website below

Buzz2001 Thanks for the info! My DS will be very excited about the fishing!
