Hi,
Sorry if these questions have been asked before.

For the re-fillable mugs, is the soda out where you can do it yourself or do you have to ask?
Is there a preferred section at this resort?

Thanks

when I was there last, you could get a 'pass' at the Pepper Market to go in and fill your drink. I believe there is also a window where you can get refills, though I've never used it myself.

do you need to buy the refillable mug if you merely want to drink water (with gas!!) ??

Do you mean carbonated water? Like club soda? Unfortunately they don't have it available at the refillable mug stations. If you just want plain tap water they will give you a cup at the Pepper Market. Seagrams Club soda is available for purchase at Panchitos.

Are there areas around the lake to sit and enjoy an evening drink with my hubby? :love2:

Buzz, I love your site and it is really a kindness for you to do it and keep it up to date for the rest of us! Thank you! :earboy2:

i dunno what carbonated water is but i dont mean tap water...i mean ...uhm how to say..yeah, water with gas = club soda i think. is there no chance to get it for free or with a refillable mug ?

Yes water with gas or bubbly water is sometimes called Club Soda or Carbonated water. :) Unfortunately they don't have it available in the refillable mug station. :( I drink this at home so I buy Seagrams Club Soda in the store at Coronado Springs. I wish they did have it with the refillable mugs.

So, is there a self serve refill mug station OUTSIDE the dining room. Sometimes I have cranky tired kids, and the last thing I want to do is wait for a hostess , get pass, wak, through, etc....

Is there a place where i can just do a quick fill up?

If you walk up to Pepper Market but just as you face the entrance move a fre paces right there is a window where you hand your mug to the friendly (usually - I had a right grump one day! :sad2: ) CM and they will fill your mug eith the bevvy of your choice (cola etc., tea or coffee) - Brits select 2 teabags as they only have Lipton yellow label usually, and anyway the t0bags are too small for those huge mucgs! :rotfl:

You can also buy beers and margaritas there :cool1: and in the morning they have a selection of pastries (though we found the doughnuts i panchitops better value - abour $4 for 12!) :cheer2: :cheer2:

Yes, there is an area outside the rear of the main building to seat by the lake or you can visit the hammocks in the cabana section or the new hammock installed on the casita side. It is also nice to have a drink by the pool.

You can visit the little store outside the entrance to the Pepper Market, the little window by the entrance to the Pepper Market, the Pepper Market itself, or the locations by the pool.

The pool bar and refill window have erratic opening times - when we were there in March sometimes it closed at 6.00 other times was open til 7-8.00 :confused3

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say that we stayed in the Cabanas 8A last September for our honeymoon, and we just loved it. The Dig Site is closer than our quiet pool, so we usually went to the Dig Site.

One thing we had a problem with is that we wanted a water view and a king size bed. The first room they put us in had a king size bed, but was looking out at some trees destroyed by a hurricane and no water in site. The room was also very dark and the bed was so low it seemed like it was on the floor. It just wasn't the Disney type room I remembered, so we went back to the check-in. We were told that there are no king size beds with water views, so we would have to choose. We chose the water view, and were moved to a beautiful corner room in the same building. It was much better and like I remembered Disney rooms to be. There was also a hammock right outside our room, which was great for relaxing in at night.

Our stay was great, and I would highly recommend CSR to anyone looking to stay at a moderate resort.

Can anyone tell me the dress code for Maya Grill? We were thinking this could be our dress up meal. Also, does anyone know the dessert menu? I cant seem to find one on Debs site.

9 more days :) Im getting very anxious!

I don't think there is a dress code. We went in the same clothing we wore to the parks, but there were people there that were more dressed up as well. If you want to dress up, I would and have fun.

So someone else actually gets the drink for you?

My kids sometimes make their own mixtures. I can't picture them saying to someone else "mostly root beer about 3/4, and then one shot of regular coke, and then a few drops of vanilla coke".... The poor CM's will hide if they see my kids coming!

I know its stupid, but I like to get my own. I know how much ice I like how much diet coke, and how many lemons I like.

Its just drinks, and we will get over it.

At the little store outside of the PM and inside the PM, you can get your own drink, the other locations someone pours it for you.

CindyB- DS likes to mix drinks, too. He calls it a 'tornado.' This is why I only knew about going into the Pepper Market to get drinks refilled and not about the window or the locations by the pool!

I think I've asked this before but I don't know where. Is the Maya Grill on the MYW dining? And is the Pepper Market? :confused3 Thanks.
