does anyone know the url for suite disney?
I use to have it but, when I went to my new pc I must have lost it.

Dalpal - It's www.***********.com but I think the server is down because I haven't been able to get to it since late last night...

I have another question about CSR... do they have pre-wrapped items in Pepper Market that I can take back to the room and stick in the fridge for any future late night hunger strikes?

Yes they have a little store in the pepper mkt.
When I was there last I would get there fruit salad in the mornings.
They have alot of to go things.
That was in 2001, I dont know if it has changed.

So if we get the take-out stuff in the morning, can we then eat it on the bus as we go to EM? I hope this question doesn't seem too silly, but I like my sleep and don't want to waste EM park time eating.

Since I've never stayed on property before, I can't answer that for you, but I feel the same way. Mornings are not a good thing and breakfast is usually only eaten because of necessity.

This trip, I'll be staying at CSR and will try to get up early for EMH, (which I always call early morning hour instead of extra magic hour). However, I have solved my breakfast problem. I made a list of the rides I think I might get queasy on and I'll ride them before I eat. Then, I'll simply grab a quick breakfast in the park. Or take a granola bar to tide me over till early lunch.

Hope you have a good trip!

Yes - you can have items wrapped to go.

No - I don't think food or drinks are allowed on the bus.

We usually rent a fridge and eat breakfast in the room as we get ready for the day.

I'm leaving for CSR (my first time staying in Disney!) in less than 24 hours! WooHoo!! I'm so excited I could burst!

sistertrip - Have a great time! And be sure to tell us all about it when you get back :)

As for me :)

Two weeks today I should be minutes away from landing in Orlando :) hehe I'm soooooo pumped. I started making lists of what I have to pack and that is when I KNOW my trip is coming up fast!

That's a good idea! I was just thinking about grabbing items for late night snacking but that would take up WAY less time and get us on the bus much earlier.

If you are using a towncar service, they usually provide a grocery stop on the way to WDW. Have a great trip!

I will staying at CSR for a week in September. Is there a microwave and/or toaster in the foodcourt? Would they be upset if I brought my own breakfast items in? I prefer eating in the Foodcourt rather than my room. I stayed at POFQ last year and used its microwave to heat up leftovers and the toaster thing every morning for breakfast. I know the the Pepper Market is set up differently, so I wasn't sure how it would work there.

Thanks for any answers, Cindy

They have both at the PM. I don't see why there would be an issue if you used them. What we usually do is rent a fridge from the resort and bring our own toaster. The last time we drove so it wasn't an issue to bring a toaster with us. When we flew, we brought an old toaster and we discarded it when we left. But you can get a small toaster to bring with you it really doesn't take up much space in the luggage. Much less hectic.

I have read most of this thread, but thought it would be quicker to ask than to wade.

The Passporter says there is a sidewalk from CSR to Blizzard Beach. Is this true? I thought I read on this or another board that Disney frowned on people walking to parks, but in this case it seems to be the thing to do.

Thanks.

I asked about this during my last trip and to tell you the truth, I can't remember the answer. This question came up last summer too. I don't believe that there is an official path to BB. There are no sidewalks along the road and eventually you would have to cross the the main highway and walk up the driveway to Blizzard Beach. No sidewalks in side. Its close by bus but I don't think I would want to walk it.

We just got back, and yes there is a sidewalk that runs along the highway to BB. From the resort main entrance you would have to cross the 4 lane road, (no crosswalk) then walk about 1/4 to 1/2 mile. You can probably see the entrance when you hit the sidewalk. The sidewalk is separated from the road by a grassy strip of land, but we never saw anybody walking. I'm sure they don't encourage it.

Two CSR threads near the top? Posting in stereo! Yeah!

I edited my post on the other thread, but I believe that walking, even with a sidewalk, would be a mistake. The return trip with kids tired from sun & fun and lugging stuff would NOT be pleasant.

Thanks for the responses.

The convenient store type shop is called La Tienda right? Do they have the small alcohol bottles - like what you'd find in a mini bar?

I just got home from Coronado Springs this evening. (I miss the resort already! ) Panchito's (The main store) has more alcohol than La Tienda. It is behind the counter so you have to ask for it. I didn't notice any miniatures there. They did have regular sized bottles of wine and spirits though.

Hi!

I'm new here, but I just wanted to write and say thanks for this great thread on CSR! I'll be staying there for the first time in September and this thread is just full of info. I really appreciate it, and I'm getting even more psyched about my upcoming trip!

Thanks!
