Hello! November will be our first time staying at Caribbean Beach Resort, and on Disney property. All of you seem to have lots of great information about the resort!
Will Disney allow an outside pizza delivery such as Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc? If so, will they deliver to your room or front desk?
The Disney pizza delivery is so expensive!

We arrive at CBR in 85 days (September 23) so excited. We have been the last 5 years each time at a different resort, but this is our second stay at CBR. After having gone often I now feel so calm about getting ready that I feel I am forgetting something. Anyone else feel this way after being "seasoned" Disney folks?

I am calm on the outside, but there is a 10 year me jumping up and down on the inside counting the days!

I NEVER feel calm about getting ready! I always feel that I am forgetting something. And last but not least...I can't be calm inside or out! Have a great time!

Has anyone's little ones done the Islands of the Caribbean Pirate Adventure Cruise recently? Thoughts? If it hasn't changed, it looks as though they have them Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. We leave on A Friday so maybe that could be the kids last hoorah before returning home. Plus it'd give mom and dad time to pack and checkout of the hotel. I can't find current pricing, but as of two years ago it was about $36. Does anyone know current pricing? TIA!

I don't know about outside pizza delivery as we've never done it. Hopefully someone will be along that has to assist.

I'm always the most excited member of our family and doing the jumping too!

Check out the Recreation Activities post, post #7, for the schedule of cruises. The cost is $31.95 per child. It's one of our son's favorite things. Although he is no too old to partake.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything more about what buildings/ how many buildings are being/ have been refurbed.

Hello friends! Any "official" word yet on whether or not the refurbs will include the addition of a Murphy bed? Interestingly, when I was poking around the Disney site today, it SHOWED CBR as a bookable room for my family of five in December, as opposed to the usually "party size exceeds room capacity", but when clicking on the option I got the rooms not available message, so I am THINKING they plan to have rooms for 5, but they are not yet finished/available. We LOVE Port Orleans and would stay there every visit until our youngest outgrows the Murphy bed, but it sure would be nice to have other options that are not thousands more!! The value suites really don't appeal to us because we enjoy dining out around the world, and spend so little time in the rooms as we are at the parks nearly all of the time!

Couldn't agree more about having another (less expensive) option for 5. I have been stalking reservations for December for a few weeks, and have seen the same thing. CBR shows up, but you can't book. I did book a room at POR with a Travelocity deal the other day, just so we have a room, but I keep watching for something to open up.

We haven't done it at CBR, but did do it a couple of times at ASMO had it delivered right to our room. Go with a reputable place(chain), as there were reports a while back of "scams" with pizza deliveries.

I agree. I love POR, but id love to have options too I'm looking at 2015 dates so I'm stalking both package rates and CBR for 5! I have a feeling they will BOTH be added middle of July when they usually do their package rates.

We love CBR! Will be there for our 3rd stay Sept. 12-17 in a Pirate room. We've only ever seen the regular rooms in pictures because our daughters love the pirate room so much!
