congrats! be thankful you're not in california-disclosure laws are getting such they would have required you to tell any potential buyer about ANY issues with a neighbor that have involved calling the police.

so did you get your price? hopefully nut job won't do anything to try and kabosh the sale.

Oh, the buyers know all about the neighbors. They went over and talked to them Sunday night before buying the house and made sure that the trees were their only issue.

I could overhear the whole conversation through my window, lol.

Seriously...there are so few houses in the price range of mine in this area, that people have to give in on some issues sometimes.

They are paying well under market, but it is still more than I would net if I used a realtor, so everyone is happy and I get my new house!!!

The funny thing is the trees are NOT the cause of the damage.

I actually felt bad for her. She was close to tears and so happy the trees would be gone.

She doesn't know that they are not the real source of her problems, though, so perhaps the final joke is on her.
