Did I hear it correctly when Chegwidden said, "I hate losing to Rabb?" Did I miss something regarding Rabb and this episode? Puzzling final scene, too. . .a few possibilities come to mind. Finally, a decent season-ending episode.

I just reran it and, yes. He basically said it. I missed it when I first watched it. I don't think there was any other reference.

I rewound it, too, just to make sure I heard what I thought, but I thought perhaps that I had missed some reference to Rabb being with DOJ and being Parks' boss. Wonder if it is just a nod to NCIS' beginning or something more? For now, I'm going with the former.
