Glad to see her move on and hopefully some new changes and story-lines for the comming season. Liked Kate much better.

This last season the stories seemed as if we had seen them all before.

Ziva's leaving is so upsetting. I really like what she adds to the team. But I agree, they better not just kill her off. I have to say, I probably won't stop watching, but it won't be one of my "must see" TV shows anymore.

Cote probably requested more money (since her contract was up) and they wouldn't give it. It's such a shame.....

According to reports so far, they not only offered her more money, they then offered even more after the first offer. Perhaps it wasn't about the money, or if it was, she wanted more than they felt they could justify. I'm okay if this signals the beginning of the end as the characters have been explored about as much as possible; truly, chances of this team having stayed together for the past 10 years or so would be slim. It's time to start shaping the final couple of seasons.

It's funny - I'm a major 'shipper. I always have at least 1 couple that I root for on any show I watch (ask my Facebook friends - they all know I'm a major Castle/Beckett shipper from way back, LOL). But I have never shipped any couple from NCIS. I loved the show without that element. They always felt more like a family than a bunch of couples to me. So Ziva leaving isn't a deal breaker for me. I'll still watch.

Kate plays on Rizzoli and Isles on TNT. She is the medical examiner, Dr. Isles. Great show!!!

I have to admit that the last two seasons, especially the last, I just haven't been into the show at all. I love Ziva as a character (though wasn't anxious to see her with Tony!) and with this I'm probably just going to stop watching. I'm sorry to see it go but this really does seem like the beginning of the end, and it's had a long run. Every show was so predictable. I almost feel like the characters haven't evolved much in all this time. I guess we will have to see what happens!

(Sorry ... not a Ziva fan. Not ever ... not now.)

I look forward to whatever the next season brings, although I'm wondering if they'll announce partway through that Season 11 is Season Last.

Whatever happens, I'll be so glad to not have any more Tiva, and to hopefully get back to the TEAM, instead of everyone's heart-wrenching stories. A few more dead bodies in Rock Creek Park and a few less revenge / vendetta / exposed secrets storylines. Pretty please?

I'm trying to stay spoiler-free. I'm a latecomer to NCIS-fandom, but I can't wait for the new season. Farewell, Ziva David. I liked her character, especially the side comments the others made about her. (Ex: "does she (Ziva) have a weapon?" "She IS a weapon.")
