That explains all the well dressed castmembers I saw yesterday in the hall right outside our room as well as down near the lounge. Around 5:30 PM I saw about 6 CM's in suits and I joked to my DH they were coming for us!! LOL Some of their party must be in the room next to us.

I'm wondering if mousekeeping isn't allowed in their rooms because of security? Perhaps they thought your room was one of theirs? Or perhaps they are just too darn intimidated to come down because of the security guys out and about? I realize its no excuse but perhaps that is why you missed turndown once you made it up to 5?

I really, REALLY hope you get it tonight and the rest is smooth sailing! (pun intended ) And thanks for the info on the Pirates Adventure- we are dying to give it a go next week!

I got a call a couple of hours ago from the housekeeping manager with her sincere apologies. She guarantees turndown for us tonight. Lets hope for the sake of my DH's sanity it happens. LOL

Just tuning in!!! Love live reports(this is my first). Glad your room finally worked out, but mouse keeping Its just not ok royal family or not. I'm sorry but my money is the same color green as theirs. You should get what you pay for. I'm sure they are getting what they paid for.

Love the pics!!!! How is the lounge itself and the offerings at breakfast? I can't wait!!!!!!

My daughter gets out June 25th too, and we go back the Wednesday b4 Labor Day. But I'm that "mom" she is missing the 1st 3 days we will be at YC woo hoo!

Breakfast is typical. Usually a pastry and a muffin choices. Also fruit, cereal, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. Today we skipped it because the muffins were bran and the Danish was blackberry. My kids are pretty picky. So we had breakfast at Gastons. I highly recommend the warm cinnamon rolls there!!!

Each night there are two hot apps. Last night was conch fritters and potstickers. The night before was spring rolls and puff pastry with cheese, the first night was chicken on a stick with wontons. Also they have assorted raw vegetables, cheeses, and a salad. Last night was an antipasti type, the night before was fresh mozzarella with tomatoes. We haven't been here for the desserts yet. Usually they are the same type you'll find at the buffet dinner restaurants. Just tiny versions of different tarts or cakes.

Here is one of the five adventures:

My boys finished quickly but they are so familiar with the park and have done SotMK so many times I think it would take longer for most people. They did 3 today and have 2 more to do later.

Royal report! You guys were right. We just saw the royals get the "royal" treatment down in the concierge lounge. Servers came and spread a tablecloth on one of the lounge tables, they brought in their room service and set it all up for them. Apparently they aren't in a suite that has a dining room since they had to eat there?? Anyway, they came in and sat down to eat. There were probably 4-5 castmembers in suits assisting them. A lot of hub-bub if you ask me. I highly doubt anyone would bother them if they just ate dinner in a restaurant. They looked like regular people in very plain attire. But maybe there is a security issue?? I'm not sure how that all works.

We are headed to Epcot for dinner at Le Cellier!!! yummmmmmmmmm
