Loved the 2 pictures of your husband and son laughing while playing in the arcade. Can't remember which trip report they're in but they sure look like they are having the time of their life! Vacations don't get any better than that.

What do you normally have in your itinerary binder then? May have to borrow that idea for my own trip!

Nothing too fancy. Just a standard 3 ring binder with subdividers. First section is airline confirmations with our free drink coupons tucked inside the pocket, 24 hours before the flight I'll print out our boarding passes and add those too.... second section is our ME documents, and extra luggage tags just in case too, next section is resort reservation and IPO itinerary, then I have my own itinerary that merged the IPO document with all current park hours, EMHs, and notes about what we want to do, final section is the actual disney website printouts of all our ADRs... we learned a very hard lesson about 5 years ago when somehow all of our ADRs got canceled. They were able to trace the call back to a local Orlando phone #, but we never figured out who did it. I always carry hard copies of all our dining now, the manager at Mama Melrose originally advised me to do that and she was the one who rebuilt our dining from scratch by calling her other manager friends at each of the other restaurants, super nice lady. Then in the outer pockets of the binder I have our extra Arcade cards, maps, Disney gift cards for the kids to use for shopping, and various pieces of paper (mostly notes) I've taken since we booked the trip. We've got a birthday cake coming from private dining, I've got that info in there, Oh and I also have our previous "Sum of All Thrills" cards so the kids can re-ride the ones they've already created. I think that's about it. I will carry this binder on me once we arrive at the airport until we get to our room. Then I remove the items I need at the parks and put them in my purse. Obviously can't carry a binder around WDW. I'm not quite that insane.

yep, always been TigrLvsPooh... those were DH and I's nicknames for each other when we were dating... we even had a TigrLvsPooh license plate.

That was at the ESPN arcade on the first night of our March trip at YC We had such a great time that night, we were all so hyped up and excited to be there, people probably thought we were insane!
