The moving trucks are here - my wacko neighbor is moving!!

We have one of those decorative flags that says "Celebrate" on it. We usually use it for birthdays, but my dh hung it up today. He is so bad, but I love him! :rotfl2:

 I guess you'll be doing a happy dance when that psycho pulls away.

Now, you need to go stand outside with a glass of wine and toast him as he drives away!!!

LOL- What a great idea! :drinking1 :rockband:

So, Randi is really gone? :teeth: You must be so thrilled!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: When you think about it, it's really sad that his family has to be subjected to his crazy and out of control behavior. :( :(

Hey Steph!!!
I'll buy you a drink :drinking1 to celebrate in 369 days!!!!! :boat:

DH & I went through a very similar situation,
so I've been following your thread(s?) & praying for you!
I can still remember the happy day we returned from
vacation to find the "For Sale" sign out,
and the weekend they finally moved - yippee!!
I am TRULY celebrating with you, you must feel an incredible
feeling of RELIEF!
Enjoy your brand-new, stress-free neighborhood :)

:cheer2: :cool1:  Hooray for you and your family. I wish my orphan neighbor would move. It looks like it wont happen in the forseable future. We will probably move lst. Hope you get nice new neighbors.

WhooHoo party at ChrisnSteph's house. I'll bring the Buffalo Chicken Dip, who's bringing the tater salad?

:cheer2:

You could always have your husband moon them as they leave. :teeth:

We had a nut who moved into the neighborhood a few years back. Started complaining about things about 2 weeks after she arrived.

Unfortunately, she made the mistake of calling my home and complaining, about my dog who barked 3 times in the course of about 20 minutes, so she felt the need to call and tell me my dog was barking "incessantly". I told her off, and she never bothered us again.

I am not the type who thinks I have to be best friends with my neighbors. It's nice if you can be friendly, but it's not necessary. If you're going to annoy me though, then you stay at your house and I'll stay at mine.

These same folks got into a go around with another neighbor last year about property boundaries. Nuts never change.

Holy Cripes, Steph! I'm so excited for you. I read your saga and I really felt for your whole family. He is psycho with a capital P!

BTW, love the new pic!

party: I hope you have a wonderful family move into his house!!
Congrats on getting rid of them!!

I did a search to find this post because I wanted to see if there was any progress. I'm so happy he is moving. I look forward to reading that he is really gone.

I'd been hoping for a post like this soon!! YEAH!!!!!! And I love the sign in the yard. HA HA HA!

My dh wants to fire up the BBQ, sit on the front lawn with a six pack of beer and watch him move. I talked him out of it, told him it was too pretentious! But maybe I'll let him fire up the BBQ! :teeth:

Heck, not only would I have a BBQ with beer but I would invite the entire neighborhood and have everyone bring signs saying good riddance!

Thanks everyone! It's so nice to walk outside my front door and not feel any tension! He did get angry with though because I had company over and they parked across the street in front of his house. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac so there isn't much space to park, so everyone just parks where they can. His front yard is really long, and the sidewalk parallels it, so it's just a given that people park in front of it from time to time. Anyhow, he's pissy because my friend's car was blocking his for sale sign. WTH? He said he was going to call the sheriff if we didn't move it. We told him to go ahead - we can legally leave it parked there up to 3 days if we wanted to! But at least I don't have to deal with his crap on a daily basis anymore!

:woohoo: But what will you do for entertainment now? :lmao: Just kidding. I'm so glad to here the crazy is leaving the neighborhood.
