I have no idea how I missed this update since I read the first thread about this crazy neighbor...

I agree with a few others, I'd have invited all the other neighbors to have a barbecue on the front lawn while the movers were moving them!

Did I understand correctly? He was mad on the day he moved because your friends car was blocking his for sale sign?

I wonder how they have the money to hold onto the old house that hasn't sold and assumably the new house they had to buy? I agree about his poor family, good god, can you imagine living with someone like that & having to move all the time???

I read your other thread. What a nutjob. But great news that he's gone. If I were his bank/mortgage holder - I'd be worried. He sounds like the type to smash up his own toilets and leave the water running when he vacates the property.
