The movie "Bowling for Columbine"

We saw this movie yesterday.
It is a documentary by Michael Moore. It's about guns and violence in America.
It's very well done and very depressing.
My heart aches for the THOUSANDS of United States citizens who are affected by gun violence each year.
And my heart aches for the future of our country.

I have not seen the movie yet. I saw his interpretation of American History on Oprah. Quite a interesting thing...done in 3 1/2 minutes.
My DH is from Flint, his parents hate Michael Moore.
I don't, I think people need to see the truth. Michael does it quite well.

I haven't seen this one yet either, but I've read some reviews and it sounds interesting. . .

I did read his book Stupid White Men a couple months ago and would highly recommend it. .

I would like to go see this movie, looks to be very thought provoking. I saw half of the oprah show about it, the animated clip about the history of america was cute. That clip is available for download on kazaa by the way.

I plan on seeing this movie as well. I enjoyed "Roger and Me" about Flint, MI. Michael Moore definately makes you think about things.

DH and I have a date to go to dinner and see
this film next Saturday. I saw Oprah too-the
History of the United States was hilarious and
pointed! Michael Moore and I are in sync most
of the time.

I may watch it if it comes on TV, but Michael Moore won't be getting a dime from me.
