internet options... go there and you should see the option. Its different if you have a mac though.
Safari... clear cache, and preferences ( at least thats what I did )

Thanks for the tips about creating an itinerary. I had done everything else but not that. I just deleted cookies, logged in, created the itinerary with 4 different email log in's. I said "no accodations" to 3 and yes to accodations on one of them. I also updated my profile to include communications by email and home address. I'll wait a couple of days and delete two of the itin's and see what happens. I've never gotten a pin so here's to hoping this will trigger the elusive pin offer. Thanks to all who shared their tips!

Geepers, I am starting to wish all the "I got a pin" threads were condensed into one place, like this thread. All these numerous I got a pin threads are just getting to be like the countdown posts with the board filled with I-got-a- pin- posts. Sour grapes? You betcha! But seriously.

Um now I'm confused about "The Method". I just realized that when I had created the one itinerary for my Nov trip, I had clicked 'NO' that I did not need accomodations because I was staying offsite. But apparently I was supposed to click 'Yes', but when I went in today and changed it, the Disney site did not then ask me anything about whether I needed accomodations onsite or offsite. So I'm confused. What am I supposed to be doing?

I created a new Yahoo account last Thursday. Yesterday I was frustrated that I hadn't received one because I felt like everyone else was getting one but me (I know not everyone was). So I deleted my 2 itineraries and saved a couple new vacations and then logged out. I logged back in within a few minutes and deleted the vacations and tried the itineraries again. Today at 10:56am I got 2 of the same codes!!!!!! Wishing everyone else luck on getting a code!

There is a drop down menu
Select Itineraries
Should prompt you to creat, go to build a new itinerary...

Once you create the itinerary a screen will pop up that asks about your interests, fill it out or don't, doesn't matter, continue or save and it will open another screen that says Disney's Day Planner ( etc ) scroll down to bottom and select EDIT ACCOMODAtIONS, ther is a 'nice little window' where you could put, I am staying off site and renting a car b/c it is cheaper!!! ( Thanks ZAMBONIMAN! ) , do this, log out and wait a week ( if you can!)

okay I figured out what I was doing wrong. I forgot they had the Planning and Iteniray in seperate places.

okay saved an iteniary with a non disney hotel. Plus I have a few offers saved for 2 different Disney hotels. Should I delete the saved Disney hotels? How many days do you think it usually takes to send the PIN?

Take note.... I've been doing this for weeks now. I have 4 intineraries saved with both my work and home email accounts and chose "other" or "off site", for my accommodations and done everything that people have recommended and haven't received so much as a "how do you do" email from Disney, so it's not a guaranteed PIN activator.
Just don't want people to get their hopes to high in the event it doesn't happen, but I'm crossing my fingers for everyone.

I did this and got nothing. DH tried it using his email and got the pin offer 2 days later.
He saved a couple of different offers for Disney hotels and did the survey that pops up.

We are going to use the 40% off deluxe for a Nov trip for our 25th.
