I'm reading your last few updates with my 3 year old next to me and I have to tell you he is in love . Everytime he sees a picture of your face he has to say how pretty you are, I have to agree. My husband and I also thought that TT was a bit faster this trip than years before. Great pictures.

so I am a lurker- but eww thats such an ugly word- more like an avid Dis-Boards reader that sneaks in a post or 2 while at work!
I havent read this entire TR yet-but have read your prior ones- came across this from Haleys- and had just had to let you know that my gang and I saw you and your DH that day in EPCOT. We were on our way out from Soarin and you two were on your way in ( probably with that super cool FP of yours!) I recognized you right away and my DH said- hey did you see that guys awesome Pin Lanyard ( he sooo had Pin lanyard envy!) and I said I know them from the dis boards- meanwhile you looked soo pretty on such a hot sweaty and crowded day at EPCOT- kudos to you!

soooo- where did your DH get that awesome Pin Lanyard- cause I have to tell you that mine made me stop at every kiosk in every park/store looking for that one for my DS- because he ran out of room on his and could not find it anywhere!

oh and your pictures are stunnin- I was peaking in the backgrounds to see if we made it in any of them

Lynn, I always love your trip reports and your pictures! This one makes me really miss the days when we went in late April, early May. The BEST time of year for WDW in my opinion.

I hope you get BLT (and I hope I do too, but now you have me thinkng about AKV lol).

Oh I totally agree! I think it's a great time to go!

I hope we can get into BLT too. If not, we are going to stay at SSR! We love it there. Tim really wants to stay at SSR. In May I think we will stay in SSR.

I bought that lanyard in 07 at the pin store in DTD. I have not seen them since. Everybody always asks where we got that lanyard.

I loved your pics of you in front of Space Ship Earth around the World Showcase... sooo very cute!! AND I LOVE YOUR DRESS!! <3 Looks sooo summery and comfortable!! And pretty at the same time!

I got one of those special fastpasses before. We went to eat at Coral Reef and as the hostess (who was SO nice!) was seating us, she chatted us up and we were explaining that we had missed out on FPs for Soarin. DBf was really bummed because that's my favorite ride. After she sat us, she told us she'd be right back and came back with one of those passes for us! So sweet.

That was nice that you got fp's at guest service...very awesome! I didn't know they had a pin book at guest services in epcot...we'll have to check that out next time. We were seated right at 12. I love going to the restaurants when they first open. It's so quiet, which is very nice.

For those of you who have never been, it's so nice inside.

We were seated with 3 other couples. One of the couples was celebrating their anniversary too. The guy who sat next to Tim was so funny. He was an older man, so sweet. When I was taking pictures of the food, he asked me what I was doing LOL. I told him why and what it was for, and I still don't think he got it. LOL.

Well here was what I started with.

salad
pasta salad, it's my favorite pasta salad
some rolls- love the pretzel rolls!
chicken-good
carrots-good
potatoes-good

Oh and I think leak soup. Yeah, it was soo good!

second plate was
mac and cheese- this is my favorite mac and cheese in the world. I have no idea what is different about it, but I think it tastes the best here.
apple sauce-good
more pasta salad
schnitzel- it's ok, I'm picky. I'm sure other people love it, Tim does.
cold potato salad- I did not like it
I think the meat was some type of pork- it was very good.

I just grabbed some for Tim and I to pick at.
I love the vanilla pudding, that was my favorite!

Biergarten was a great meal, we will be back!!


I loved the flower displays outside. So pretty!

Remember the building in China I was talking about earlier. Well here is what it looks like inside.

This is right when you walk in, I guess it's a dome, IDK. Anyway this is what the ceiling looks like.

This was really cool! The Terra Cotta Warriors.

Go in there and check everything out in there. It's cool.

I think this was right outside of China, or Norway. Not sure, but anyway it reminded me of rabbit's hole lol, where pooh got his butt stuck lol.

It was time to ride on Mealstrom!!!

We only waited like 5 minutes.

While walking towards Mexico they had a band outside playing. They sounded really good. All of a sudden Donald comes running out and dancing. Then he started acting like the conductor. Too cute lol!

Of course, we stopped for a picture lol. This Donald was very energetic, and a lot of fun!!

Our photographer was Dan the photo man lol. We met him last year on out honeymoon.

Ok so this was when my stupid right foot started bothering me. Those flip flops I wore were so uncomfortable. So that is why I'm standing on one foot lol.

It killed when I would put pressure on my right foot.

Now this was when we started to head to Soarin. We had a FP for it and it was time lol.

We finally got to walk by the Lion King Topiaries.

Aww the giraffes. So pretty.

Took some pics of the landscaping. It's so pretty. You can get a really good view when you ride the monorail through Epcot.

There is a really cool topiarie of Rafiki and Simba, I got a picture of that later in the trip.

While we were waiting in line Tim was looking tired. I asked him if he wanted to go back to the room and take a nap. I told him it's fine, I'm not going to mind. So he did. I told him to meet me back in front of Space Ship Earth at about 5.

Soarin was fun, as always.

Not sure if I mentioned this or not. When I went on TOT on our second night, I had another diser come up to me in the library and say " I saw your wedding pictures on the DIS, beautiful" LOL. I forget her name, but she was a very sweet woman. I want to say it was Kristen because I had met a Kristen the first night and I remember meeting two Kristens.

Anyway id you are reading, it was very nice to meet you, and if your name is not Kristen, I'm so so sorry. I met a ton of disers so it's hard to keep up with the names lol!

Tim left and went back to the room for a nap. I went on Living With The Land.

I love this boat ride. There was no wait, so that was nice.

When we got into the green house, it was so warm. I really like this ride because everytime we go on. it's different. They grow different stuff all the time.

I recommend getting to Character Spot early in the day, like right at rope drop. All day long the line is a long wait.I waited cause I had time to kill.

After that, I wanted to go to Minnie's butterfly tent.

Snapped a pic of the fountain with SE in the background.

This was cool! Made from sand!! I still have not seen Earth. I think I will buy it on Blu-ray when it comes out.

When I got inside the tent, I noticed people freaking out looking at a little bush. I tried to see what they were freaking out about, but I had no clue. I asked and a guy said "Look at the caterpillar" HAHA oh duh. This thing was right in front of my face and I couldn't see it lol.

I figured that if he had over 200 he probably has my 4 or 5 lol! I think one of the other ones is like a ticket for a ride or something to MK and it has Donald's head on it and the other ones...eh I'm coming up blank!! I only just started on pins though and got a bunch off ebay!! I'm starting a little Tink collection of my own because I have a lanyard with her and have decided to be here for MNSSHP...I was going to have myself go as Belle and my DS go as Cogsworth but I've realized we'll both probably be really hot in either of those outfits!! So I'm thinking Tink and Peter Pan now!! Of course...the sizes of those 2 will be switched! lol

Lynn.... I love your photo of the lobby, it's absolutely beautiful. We have eaten in Germany and also had a good experience.. the food was great!!

I must say... your photos of all the beautiful flowers/gardens at Epcot have just convinced me that i need to drag Dbf down in May 2010.
