AKL looks so gorgeous! The studio looks so nice and comfy -- love that carpet!! Did you take any pictures of the pool area? I was really tempted to stay there in August, maybe when we go in December.

Yeah I did get pictures of the pool. At night though with my little point and shoot camera. Tim wouldn't let me bring the other camera to the pool HAHA.

Oh you should try it in Dec!

It was a beautiful day. Bright, sunny, and so warm. Gotta love it!!

Decorations are super cute!

HAHA just noticed Tim is in the background. LOL.

Now IMO, I thought the MK was a little crowded. Kind of crazy. But the lines for the rides were not bad at all.

We stopped for the first photopass pictures. Yeah my hair was already froing. I didn't put enough mousse and hairspray in when I did my hair that morning.

I had a little fun with the borders.

While we were heading to Cosmic Rays, Move it Shake it Celebrate was going on. So cute! You can actually go out into the street and dance with the characters. I snapped a couple of pictures. Later in the week I watched the whole little show so I will have more pics then.

We made our way over the bridge to Tomorrow Land. I had to take some pictures of the Mickey and Minnie Topiary. So cute.

Ok so I had to walk through the rose garden. Can I just tell you how much I love the way it smells in the rose garden. So good!

Buzz 10 mins

When we went into Cosmic Rays the place was jumping. Very busy. We did not wait long to get our food though, and we were able to get a table inside.

Tim had the ribs and chicken, I had a cheeseburger. Gotta have my fries with it and the cheese sauce haha.

YUMMY. Everything was good, as always!

After lunch we made headed towards the Haunted Mansion.

I had to take another pic of the castle. It never gets old, does it?

Aww the Wishing Well. So pretty.

Ok now all the times we have been to Disney, we have never noticed the Sword in the Stone by the carousel. I have always seen other people's pictures of it though. Well we found it this trip haha.

It was a little crowded in Fantasy Land. It always is though.

Snow White was only 20 mins, not bad.

Peter Pan was like an hr, like always.

We made it to the Haunted Mansion. Wait was...

HUH?? We never wait for HM. Well the line started right at the entrance. e waited at the most 10 mins. Not bad but normally you can just walk right in.

While we waited I was able to get some pictures so that was cool.

I love how this picture turned out. It's kind of erie. And no I did not photoshop it. I just focused on the rose and that's how the picture turned out.

YAY we're in the mansion.

I decided to pick up a HM pin!!

After that we walked around and took everything in. We did some pin trading. DTD was calling our name. We decided to head back to the resort and shower then head over to DTD before dinner.

On the way out we spotted Chip and Dale!!

The monorail whizzed by as we were walking. Couldn't wait to ride that thing.

I seriously am constantly refreshing the page and/or just checking back to see some of these pictures!!! I can't wait!!

Oh and I've come to a conclusion about why you have a fan base.

The Magic is still around. You see threads every now and then about people saying the magic is gone. Nope sorry but it's still there.lol. I think you have to have the magic inside of you, and you have to spread some magic around yourself. We met some awesome CMs who gave us a bunch of pixie dust.

There are SO MANY negative TRs out there. Like seriously so many of them can *almost* make you wonder why you are planning a trip to the World instead of somewhere else. But you hit it right on the nose...it does have a lot to do with the person and whether they have some magic inside of them. And YOU definitely have some magic inside of you!!

Yay Lynn, your photopass CD came, great pics! I can't believe you and Tim had your 1 year anniversary already...it feels like your wedding was just yesterday and her we are reading about your anniversary trip! Where does time go? You guys look so cute with the sword pics and Chip and Dale pics, too cute!!

Looks like a great 1st day so far...looking forward to hearing more!! When you get home from work, of course!!!

So American Idol... I was disappointed last night.

Aw, Tim's a party pooper! I could see Aaron saying the same thing to me, though. I'd probably trip, drop the camera in the pool and then be ask him why he let me bring it. Probably a good thing you didn't take it down there.

I think we will. It looks so pretty!! I especially love the lobby. I bet it'd look awesome at Christmas time.

Um...yeah. Idol was very underwhelming. That song Kara wrote...EEK!!! Seriously, no one could make that thing work. What are they smoking when they come up w/ this junk?! I thought both of them did well, but of course, I love Kris so I voted for him. In fact, I was so pathetic -- I voted for about 3 hours. I need to get a life!

Great photos and brilliant start. It was nice to be able to drift off to a sunny disney world after the worst drive ever in torrential British rain. lol I can't believe Haunted Mansion had a wait that's crazy. I've been in early July and got straight on before, Peter Pan on the other hand I don't think it's ever under an hour.

Love the photos of the studio..very nice! Curtains are cute too! When we stayed in the normal room they weren't like that so that must be a dvc room thing. Love MK and Comic Rays!!! Yum! In Jan when we went to ride HM the cm told us it was going to be a 45-50 minute wait from that point...it was only like 10-15...they totally lied and the line moved super quickly. I can't wait to hear more! Love all the pics so far...i think the out of focus fence/ in focus rose picture is my fave so far, but they all rock! Can't wait to see more!!!
