Linnie I lost my replys from earlier, sorry i know buzz only has eyes for you and that yellow hummer,I was just trying to score some plane tickets, with using DW as bait. Didnt work huh, sorry. It was all buzzs fault.

I know-I was just joking with ya. ;) I'm one month away from turning 40 so I'm feeling insecure in the "presence" of your wife! I never looked that good while pregnant! Not fair!!! :rotfl: It's all in good fun!

Do we wanna know the nicknames that LtP gives you.

Nope!! :lmao: Can't say it on these boards!!

Awwww, shucks!

Ok, you can be Jodster.... or Manningsux. Whichever you prefer. :rolleyes1

Now, now, Buzz. Don't make me come all the way to Montana and bust up the windshield of that nice yellow Hummer you love.... Remember, I've got friends in Billings...

Angela,

I'm loving the new ticker in your siggie. So, is that the official name for the October trip now? I guess I'll have to gather some fry daddy recipes...

What recipes? Turn Fry Daddy to "high". Add grease. Add food. Eat when hot.

That's all you need. :confused3

Time for a serious moment here. (By the way, mum's the word on the nickname thing-I don't want to get in trouble. Let's just say yes and leave it at that). I married well in many ways. :rolleyes1

Tomorrow is mine and Buzz's 14th anniversary. It was a beautiful wedding. With many mishaps but still a great day all in all. Hard to believe it's been 14 years. Seems more like 34.

Anyway, I prefer to open gifts on the day they are supposed to be opened on and not a minute sooner. I like to be surprised. (This is total bull-if anyone gives me a present in advance, I'm ripping into it like Buzz into a bottle of scotch). I'll rewrap it if need be but usually I don't bother. So everyone knows not to give me anything ahead of time. Buzz came in tonight (a day early) with my gift. I knew I was going to open it as soon as he went to bed later-the suspense was killing me. He knew. He made me open it while I protested and said over and over that I really could wait til tomorrow. He insisted I open it. He knows me.

Inside, was a beautiful diamond necklace!! Oh my gosh-I was so surprised. He always gets me something really nice and then I get him something stupid. This year, I got him a Simpsons DVD and silk tie and hanky that I thought resembled Denny Crane's from Boston Legal. I wanted to get him purple like Denny had on, but the store only had red, which I thought was nice too. :santa:

This necklace is incredible. While I opened it, he had Christmas music playing and our best bottle of wine opened. It was great. The only bad thing was I was a total Shleprock. I didn't wash my hair today or my face b/c it's so dry here, if I touch my skin, it looks like it's snowing in the house. So I'm all greasy and gross. My clothes are the absolute worst I own- a 12 year old
t-shirt and fleece penguin pants. And here comes this beautiful diamond necklace. I am planning on wearing it to Buzz's Christmas party this weekend. The necklace, not the t-shirt and penguin pants.

Someone asked earlier about his Christmas party and I forget who it was now (sorry! it was about 12 pages back). His company goes all out and everyone dresses up formal and we have a nice dinner, listen to his dad ramble on while he passes out gifts, then we dance or just go home. Usually someone ends up passing out under a table or doing something else stupid (we have tons of stories!!). But oddly enough, it's not Buzz doing something dumb. He stays in control while he's in front of his employees. And so do I. I wait til WDW once every year, then I throw down.

We'll take pictures if anyone is interested. I'm really excited for the party and even more excited to wear my nice new necklace!!! That Buzz is a softie after all.

The next time I get married I want it to be at Disney World. J/K Buzz. You're the only one for me!! :yay:

I posted on my PTR, I am thinking of posting a new PTR entitled:

"The Ip-Dip Fry Daddy Dude Fest '08 - PTR by the camping dude."

Too long? It wouldn't fit in the ticker. I don't think there is actually an "official title". If the people going decide on one, I'll probably change the ticker. Linnie hasn't voted yet, so we'll have to see. :rolleyes1

I am overly excited about this trip. DH has been making fun of me. I am just psyched for a second trip to WDW, camping at WDW, meeting DISers, and The FOod and WIne Fest. It's all gud.

Here's 5 popcorns for you UM. :thumbsup2

:lmao: :lmao:
Oh my heck! That is the funiest thing I've seen in a long time! I really needed it too, I'm on my way to a middle school christmas band concert. Anyone have earplugs???

Awwwwwww, Linnie. That's awesome! I'm so glad he treats you well every once in awhile!

The best gift I ever got from DH was a surprise trip to Hawaii two years ago. He wasnt' going to tell me until Christmas day (our anniversary is Dec. 27th), but unfortunately, American Express spilled the beans by charging us the security fee (even after paying by using points) and putting the entire itinerary on the bill. So, I found out a little earlier than scheduled, but we still had a great time!

I'd love to see a picture of the necklace!

Oh! How wonderful! Happy anniversary!! :flower3: What a lovely and wonderful gift! Of course we want pics! Of the party, too.

It always seems to be on the days we look the grossest they are the sweetest, isn't it? DH booked my trip this morning before I had showered or even brushed my teeth for the day. :scared1:

Glad you got a Keeper.

Ye gods I finally made it to the end. Been reading this TR for I don't know how long. Every time I think I am caught up there are a dozen more pages to read. But now I am finally at the end of it...for now. After reading that whole thing I just had to chime in.

Wish I could be part of the meetup next October. I am going to WDW next year just a couple weeks before you guys. Too bad you can't move your trip up a couple weeks because you know...the cool kids get free dining. Maybe this trip my parents will get the DVC info my mom so wants. My mom loves Disney and would love to become a DVC member.

And with that I am eagerly awaiting the next installment, can't wait to hear Buzz's take on Space Mountain.

That is so sweet. See, I think everything we read here is just an act and Buzz really is a nice guy, right!

Although, the T-Shirt and penquin pants might make a nice statement with the necklace at the Christmas party:rotfl2:

Yo Lint! Welcome! Pull up some popcorn, cold steak, or "Fry Daddied" Reuben and join in the fun. Marissa keeps us clean. So it's safe for all ages! :thumbsup2

Oh, and Kudos! for making it thru the entire report. You may be the first to use my "handy dandy" links. :)
