Just a Smashbox gel eye liner report....3 hours of Bruce Springsteen dancing & the liner stated put!!! Will be taking on my cruise next month!

I have a question not really make up but hair product is that ok?

I have pin straight med length hair in layers. I want it to be wavey somedays as it gets boring. Was thinking about getting a body wave but not sure about it. Does anyone of any hair product that will make hair wavey?

Thanks

Hmmmmm, I don't know about that. I have curls galore so I just try to tame what I have. This is a good one for Cat.

I got a set of 5 eyeliners from Sephora. I really like the way they look. They are glitter liners. If you shop Sephora's website regularly you have probably seen them. They are just enough glitter to give a little shimmer, but not too much in my opinion. BUT, they don't seem to stay put. I have eyeliner smudges under my eye after a few hours, or it just disappears completely. Has anyone else tried this product?

I have not used the sephora gel liners but I can tell you the Stila ones I mentioned for 12 on Beauty Crunch stay in place all the time it is a good deal.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for blush? I don't want something obvious, just a touch of color. I also don't want glitter or shimmer.

I've looked at Too Faced pink leopard, but I'm afraid it will be too light or too shimmery. I've also looked at Tarte cheek stains, but a lot of reviews say they are really messy. And I'm considering the Nars blushes as well.

I'm wondering if I should just go with a bronzer in the summer and then switch to a blush for fall? I have an olive skin tone that gets a bit of a tan no matter what. I want something that looks natural, but professional. Thanks!

Hi y'all............I'm here to give an update on my Clarisonic. I have had it for almost a month now and I'm still IN LOVE with it!!! I have started to get compliments on my skin, which I have NEVER gotten before.....Every time I just happen to touch my face during the day I'm like, wow....my face feels so soft and smooth!!!! Also the couple of brown spots that I had are almost faded to nothing!!! I know it is a pretty big purchase but I personally think if you can afford it you should at least give it a try!!! I use mine at least once a day.....some days I may use it twice but definitely use it every morning. There is also a newer version out there that comes with a body brush and it has two programs...one facial, one body......at a higher price of course, but the original is still available. I really don't think I would have preferred the new one though because usually I jump in the shower and I'm out as fast as I can.....so I don't think I would have wanted to spend the time doing my whole body with the brush. I just wanted to give an update because I know some were wondering when I first bought it if I would continue to see results.......

Toodles!!!

no expert here, but I vote for Nars! Specifically, their "Or****" blush - great color on pretty much everybody so it should look great when you are tan or not. :goodvibes

Has anyone tried the DuWop Icedteas lipsticks? I'm hoping for some reviews before I buy.... thanks!!!!

I'm no expert either, and I don't have olive skin but I really like this blush a lot, but I love, love, LOVE Outlaw. :lovestruc That's my go to blush. It looks dark in the pan, but it goes on soft.

I have four NARS blushes. The "O" is peachy-pink, Outlaw is a rose color, Sin, another favorite, is plum. Angelika (the one I like but rarely use) is pink.

Bella, did you ever get the EM site to work for you?

NO I did not go back. I got some items from Coastal Scents (which arrived today but since i was not home to sign I have to wait till tomorrow...) so I figured I would wait. I noticed that Beauty Crunch is going to be having another Stila Sale soon so I figured I would hold off. I need some pans to fill my pallet. I guess it is a good thing that it is so hard to get the cart to fill ...saves money. The old system was so much easier.

If you were one of those who wanted the Stila gel liner trio for 12 on Beauty Crunch it is back in stock. Just look at the box in the lower right on the home page that something like "for our loyal customers".

I cannot find this box in the lower right. I've been waiting for these liners for about 2 months and they are always sold out or not on there. I am signed up on their website, but I have yet to make a purchase (because I'm waiting for these Stila liners first!!!). Is that why I can't see that box perhaps?

Alright.. I just can't follow this thread:flower3:.. there's so much posting.. I am going to make an attempt to read through it this evening...

Just wanted to add that i just purchased the bumpits.. I really can't wait until they come in.. and i really hope they work.. i'm tired of backcombing for some added volume and hight!!

Does anyone know if you can stack Sephora codes? I was thinking of ordering some mascara and I have a code for a free Sugar Lip Gloss, but they have as the weekly special a free travel size of Lavanila Vanilla Coconut body butter that I would like to have also.

MOst likelythat is the reason. I did not realize it but I am always signed in with them so when it says "for our valued customer" that must mean that I have an account. The box was not there yesterday HOWEVER I think that they are going to have a Stila sale soon and I am betting they will have the product. I knew there was someone who wanted when I see it I will pm you to be sure you know.

BTW, I got my Coastal Scents today and it is just okay. I am not thrilled with the concealer and the blush is blendable however they advertise that the product is made in USA but it is made in China. I do not trust that because as we all know there have been so many recalls of items made in china that I am a little afraid to use them most likely because of the lead content.

I have in the past been able to stack them so most likely you can.

I think I'm glad I decided not to order the gel liner from them then. I am not normally a picky person when it comes to were something is made (although I do prefer USA made), but when it comes to makeup that is close to my eye I don't want to take any chances.

Oh, I hope it works this time. I'm going to try it and see. Now I just have to decide what mascara to try. I'm torn between the Lash Injection and a couple others (I think they are both Dior). I don't like a mascara that is "hard" and makes my lashes feel like they are going to break and I'm afraid I'm going to get one that is like that. Uuurrgggh, decisions, decisions.

YOu cannot IMHO go wrong with Dior even though I have been using Lash Injection. I loved the Lancome Fatale but they discontinued it. I still have some and nothing beats it if you ask me. Keep in mind you can return any purchase you are not satisfied with to Sephora and I do not think there is any time limit.

So I humor my friend who BEGS me to go to a home party another friend of ours is having. For skin care stuff. Yippie. OK, I figure it's not Mary Kay or she would have said Mary Kay, might be Arbonne and I've managed to avoid those for 3 years now, but still, I'm doing my good deed for the day.

Turns out to be this new line of stuff I've never heard of. It's called Become. Anyone else heard of it? Tried it? I have to say I really liked the stuff, but it's very pricey. I have sensitive skin and didn't react to anything, which is good. I liked how it worked, and liked how it smelled - it was natural smells from the ingredients, no fragrance or dye added which is a plus for me. I really didn't want to spend any money but since there were only the 2 of us there as guests I felt like I had to buy something. so I spent $50 on this exfoliant cream. :scared1:

Thank you to whomever recommended Jane mineral gel liner. It (and the Loreal tubes mascara) made it through a weepy first communion this morning.
