Did you get a confirmation on your order on BC? I got an e mail and it said they would send another e mail when it ships. Do you remember how long it said it would take to ship and arrive? I do not wait well, that is why I like to purchase from Cosmetic Magic or Transdesigns they arrive I two days or less and they do not charge for priority shipping. In all honesty I do not want to go back on the site and look b/c I am afraid I will buy more. I told a friend about it she is going to fill her daughter's Easter Baskets with the Stila.

Sure is gone, that didn't last long. Nothing on there was calling out to me but I made up for it with the 15% off code I had posted earlier for Sephora.com. So I'll be waiting anxiously for the UPS guy too.

I got the two NARS blushes on my wish list "Outlaw" and "Angelika" and the Too Faced "Girls Dig Pearls" lipgloss in Mermaid. I know, I know, It may be gritty but I keep looking at the girl's picture on the website. I want her lips!!!

At 15% off, plus an additional 8% ebate from ebates.com I couldn't resist. I can always return it if the lipgloss is unbearable.

Let me know what you think of that gloss, when you have it on. I couldnt wipe it off, either. The chunks stayed put. Maybe I tried a crappy tube.

Oh - and I LOVE Outlaw. In the summer - that color dabbed on your apples TOTALLY looks like you were in the sun and got a little rosey.

I ordered it - Sunday - I think?? Yes - Sunday. It was right before I posted it, I ordered.

Im excited that they said they offer Too Faced and DuWop sometimes, too. I mean super excited. I love-love-love Too Faced. Like I said, I dont think they get enough talk time, in general. I personally think their stuff is great.

I think Stila's eye shadows are marvelous, but Ive never tried their glosses - so I'm super excited to try them. And I bought one of those shadow sticks? That will be nice in my purse. For touchs-ups (I bought black), has a cute smudger on the end.

I bought the perfume, too. I read the reviews - they were mixed...but the base is mandarin, and I love Citrus scents. And for $10?? Why not!?

I have oily skin and I'm looking for a foundation primer that works well to help control the oil and shine. I can't remember the brand I use now, but it doesn't do much for mattifying - I have to touch up throughout the day. Anyone have any recommendations?

You know - I was going to - simply for that fact - but I just bought that set at ULTA and am still on a previous lash Injection - in addition to the NEW Lash Injection (from the set) and I was like - if I order another, it will be sitting there awhile!

Hey, Cat, I thought of you today at the dentist. I had to get my night guard adjusted and they have to put this really nasty smelling stuff on it - smells very similar to Lash Injection mascara. They warned me about the smell and once I got a whiff of it I thought, 'oh, yuk. CathrynRose would love this stuff'.

I have never tried it. Whats it like?

Smashbox Halo comes in a pressed format in a big compact with a little "grater" on top. You twist the top a bit and it grinds a bit of the pressed powder into loose. Then you apply it much like mineral foundation.

I've used BE foundation and didn't like it all that much. I think I felt kind of dry with it on. Smashbox says that Halo is hydrating and I have to say that my skin has a kind of dewey look too it after I use it.

I really like it. I bought the one I have December 2007, have been using it since, and it still isn't gone. I do only use it during the work week though. But it is lasting a really, really long time. It's quite expensive so that makes it easier to swallow.

Wow! I just found this thread, but I haven't had a chance to read all of the posts. I hope to learn about make-up from you all.

I've decided to make more of an effort to put on make-up everyday. Usually, I wear a little bit of it to church or school, but that's it, lol. I just get so overwhelmed by all of the choices. I've been looking for a good foundation or powder for my face, but I am so overwhelmed by all of the color choices. I have dry, light to medium skin and I have a little bit of redness (like around my nose). How do I find a good shade? I've been looking at the Everday Minerals site.
Can anyone offer me any suggestions? You'd think that at 32 I'd know all of this.

I have been following this thread since it started. I am going to be in biggggg trouble because I have ordered the everyday minerals $50.00 kit, the dhc skincare-essentials kit and velvet coat, and the too faced mascara layering kit. I do have a question about that one. Which one do I put on first? The big tube or little tube? So, anything else ya'll want to recommend?
