last time the same person was doing all the group functions and she schedued them at different times so we could all enjoy each one!

They won't have 2 different tastings on the same day. I'm booked on mojito too ��

DCL emailed me today and said we won't find out until at least 45 days out

Tastings were in Keys on EBTA, so they shouldn't clash especially when we have 2 groups for both tastings, they'll be one after each other

There's quite a few of us in Group 2 for both as well lol

OK so now I have 2 things on my countdown list - 60 days for booking my seat on return flight home (which is actually 30 days from today) and also finding out about the tastings (hopefully on the same day as this is 45 days out)!!!!

So, I have taken this over and it is my first time organizing so please forgive me if I screw it up!

I have contacted DCL and I am waiting to get a date. If your name is on the list of interested people (on the first page of this thread, under chocolate tasting), please send me a PM and let me know if you are still interested (or not).

I know that many of us have multiple events planned so if someone has a conflict when we find out the date, please let me know and I will bump up the next person on the waitlist.

I forgot to tell you, when you email me please provide me with your first and last name and room number or reservation number (per DCL instruction below):

I will need names & stateroom number OR reservation numbers of all the participants at least 2 weeks prior to sail date & each of them will be charged the fee whether they show-up or not.

Thanks for doing this GatorMomInNC -- the list for chocolate tasting was already closed when we booked the cruise -- do you think you might have room for anyone else on the wait list or is it already too long for that? I decided not to PM yet as I realise you might be inundated with PMs.

Check back with me in a week. We are over capacity right now, but I am waiting to see what the final count is...

We got just about everything we wanted. Some of the spa treatments were booked up already. Crazy, everyone must have been online at the same time to start booking stuff cause the web sight was acting up at times.

Not 100% sure on this one as don't remember seeing it anywhere! The airport had a little shop but again not sure how much was there either

Are you stopping overnight Barcelona or flight on same day? I cannot remember Barcelona Cruise port have shop as last see it was 2007!! for departed.

there was few shops I cannot remember if any toiletries but Disney cruise might have some toiletries?

We fly in on the same day. I know that DCL sell some toiletries but not an extensive range.

You can buy it at our first stop? And disney has soap, shampoo, bodylotion in the bath. Buy small package you can do that in you trolley.

DCL has given us a date and times (they want to split us into 2 groups): September 9 at 2pm and 4pm. Of course, if I don't get confirmation from more people we will only have one group.
