DD - 16...3rd trip
DS - 14...3rd trip
DS - 4.5...2nd trip
June 13 - HIFS
June 14 to 20 - AKL
We got up early to have a quick bite at Mara and headed out by car to MGM studios. We arrived right at about 9 am and went straight back to TofT and paused to decide wheather to do RNR first or not. Got in line for TofT and since DS (4.5) didn't want to ride, we did the baby swap. It seemed to take forever for DH to ride because as I found out the ride broke down at the end! DD went and got fast passes for RNR and we meandered around the Star Tours area while we waited and DS's and DH rode Star Tours. Lots of Star Wars Characters around. Kinda cool and I am not a big SW fan! There were even Storm Troopers standing over the entry gate to the park hassling people. Rode RNR!! Yippee I love that ride! We negotiated the park and managed the crowds pretty well except for lunch. I had not made PS for lunch and we couldn't get in to Sci-Fi Dine In so we went to the ABC Commmisary. The line was very long to order and somehow our line got messed up and the expediters failed to bring our orders to the counter. It took 45 min and was awful. DH and I had cheeseburgers. YUK....... I would not recommend this place at all. We followed up lunch the Great Movie Ride and Honey ISTK movie set and DS & DH did Star Tours again. We ended the day with the Indiana Jones Stunt show. We had PS for Jiko's for dinner and DS(4.5) was to go to Simba's Clubhouse while we ate. He was a little apprehensive but ended up having a great time. The sitters and the kids made him feel very welcome. Dinner is included in the $10 per hour fee. Our dinner was incredible. I had the Lamb Shank on couscous. It was fabulous. I was dissapointed in the creme brulee. DH had the shrimp and it was delicious. Another great day in Disney World.
