Yeah, obvious once you see it, although I'll confess I needed the hint before I saw the answer.

Grammy -- very nice pictures and you are a heck of a woman to donate your tresses to such a worthy cause. Speaking as someone who is slowly but surely losing the eternal battle with his hairline, I see nothing but beauty in the stubbly head (although I'll confess that the pink mohawk look would've been a keeper otherwise).

Hayley -- feeling like a bit of a heel here. You certainly have more important stuff to focus on than your trip report. Definitely a case of "open post, insert foot".

Grammy -- those are big pictures, but very cute nonetheless. But I'm a little confused -- which one is your mother and which is Hayley? (I crack me up).

Ch 11 Hey don't feel like a heel. I use these boards as aform of escape. Work avoidance. Life avoidance. If I feed my kids hotdogs for dinner one more time this week they may revolt. You among others crack me up. And life is all about humor.

I was just thinking today I need to finish that report soon, so I can start my Pretrip report for next Oct plus I have to print all the pictures and get them into an album/scrapbook. Sometime before Sept 28th.

However today I need to run errands for the Easter Bunny, and fedex some papers to the University of Rochesters finacial aid department, because I totally forgot to sign everything, and apparently that is a problem. They need them by... tomorrow! Yikes, I am out of here. I really need their money, Ryan will not be pleased if he has to take a year off from school.

Grammy cool pictures, Hayley at the tea looks like she is thrilled to be there, maybe it is worth the outrageous price after all. I really need to get some pictures on here...

One month from tomorrow we will be winging our way to WDW for the Flower & Garden Show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked the Pop because that was all that was available at a decent price for this quick trip.

Now to figure out ADRs and our plan of attack.

Our dates are May 13th - May 15th.

LaLa, I'm so glad you liked the photo! I used two programs to get the effect, and they're both free downloads. Ya gotta love free! I don't know much about Picture It, but see if you have straightening and cloning tools.

I used Picasa2 to straighten the horizon line and Serif PhotoPlus to remove the shadow. Both are easy. To straighten, you just follow the lines on the grid that appears over your photo 'til it lines up like you want it.

To remove the shadow, click on the cloning tool, then shift/click on a part of the picture that looks like you want the shadow to look. Then just click, or click and drag over the shadow and it "clones" the desired effect over the shadow. And viola! Buh-bye shadow!

Grammy, you are Da Woman! I loved your photos...your GD is a doll, and your mom is precious...and you...well, you are one happenin' chick!

Hi all,

Just got the call from the mechanic - $4200 worth of damage. But it wasn't totalled by the ins co. They gave her a loaner for the 2 weeks it's going to take to make the repairs. Great - now I have to worry about her cracking up someone else's car!!

Grammy - love, love, love your pictures! You are a beauty, inside and out. BTW, I have a vague recollection of Uncle Sam's but it was gone I think before I was old enough to visit that fine establishment, sorry!

Uncle Sam's was a great place back in the day. Tuesday night was ladies night. No cover and $1 drinks.

Went every Tuesday. I was a Disco Queen. Station H-A-P-P-Y. Nobody probably ever heard of it.

Anywho, the place was always jammed, girls getting cheap drinks, and guys looking to buy girls cheap drinks.
