Mush, I started reading your story, and I'm lovin it. Had to come back here, though, so I can get back to work. I'll go back to finish later. Do you plan to complete it??

Frickles, I would LOVE the tomato pie recipe. Bring it! And your 15 minutes of fame sounds cool, too! I have always hated Bryant Gumbel, though. What a self-important bag of wind he is!

We did have a brief glimpse of fame years ago, too. When my 14 yr old was 6, he was on "Kids Say the Darndest Things" with Bill Cosby. It was one of the Boston shows, and he was one of the 3 kids up on stage with Bill. Pretty cool. LOTS of shots of DH and I in the audience, too. Don't know if they still do, but they used to play reruns of it on some cable channel. Neighbors who didn't know us back then were always coming up to us saying, "I saw you guys on TV last night!!!"

Okay, I know this is a long post, but one last question on the DVC vs free dining thing. Just got my quote from Dreams Unlimited. Since I haven't had a lot of luck finding points to rent (no time to spend on the DVC rent/trade board...I wonder why? ), do you think I should just spend the extra $153.12 for the convenience of just booking the darn thing? I would have to settle for a hotel room, but since it's just the 2 of us, I don't really care about that. Opinions??? I still have to rent points for my November trip, but I wouldn't mind just getting this one put to bed, so to speak.

OK, since I know there are resident computer geniuses on this thread, I have an avatar question. I've found one I really like (did an image search on Yahoo until I found a picture), but when I try to use it, it's either too big, in KB, or too many pixels. I've tried editing it in Paint to make it smaller, but it ends up cutting too much of the picture out - is there any way I can just shrink it by a percentage?

I have to send in 3 parts b/c of size. I didn't put "fancy" link titles in since I was pasting from Word, so it looks a bit jumbled, sorry.

If anyone would prefer it in a single word document, then I must e-mail it, so send me your address (I PM'd everyone so far, even those who gave me e-mail, so if you want it the other way, then let me know.)

ALSO - if anyone believes that I have missed a story or pic, or alternatively would like me to remove a story or pic, please let me know. (Any decision to remove from the list is at the discretion of the original poster!)

And this will, obviously, be an on-going project for me!
