Hi Ponygirl!!! I promise I'm not ignoring you. After reading some of these last 300 pages y'all posted today, I'd be very, very afraid to cross anyone on this board.

Well, let's see...we turned ZZUB into an instant overnight sensation by posting a picture of him nakey by a lakey, which in turn caused Mel to jump in a pool and threaten to do serious bodily injury to all of us I think, we saw Horsegirl for the first time and she's mahvelous, Marky Mark is tellin dirty stories (KIDDING), Mel is about to post a nudey photo we think, Melons made up what should officially be our Mission Statement, Grammy's back and ready to slip her hubby some blue pills, Sheri and Horsegirl and myself got majorly dissed by ZZUB and then I was apologized to by ZZUB and he overlooked them and now the guys from the coffee shop are threatening physical harm to ZZUB, Mel is stalking ZZUB again and apparently I'm not even online anymore thanks to a big tip from Horsegirl.

Oh, and PasleaPooh apparently got an awesome new avatar!

Hard to DIS at 40,000 feet -- my ethernet cable just doesn't reach that far, and wireless is a bit spotty at that height. Price one pays for the convenience of air travel, I suppose. BTW, Hi Horsegirl!! I'm going back to look for your picture now -- only 3 bazillion pages to wade through, but I'm on the case.

4 and a half hours after Mark returns home, I am able to get back online. Told you he was a computer hog!! Reading over someone's shoulder is not the same, no matter what he says!

Melons, love the "mission statement". It's a keeper! Oh, and tomorrow I'll try to remember to post those recipes I mentioned 79 pages ago. Bread pudding (1900 Park Fare) and Flank Steak (Boma).

Hopefully work will be slower for the next couple of weeks, and I won't be so far behind on the lives of the Maelstromers, like I have been for the last month.

It's been fun and all, but it IS bedtime. The hours just fly when you're FastPassing, don't they?

Good morning! I've got 6 kids today -- my 3 plus my sister's. Ages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. That's a full lineup! But they're all happily occupied with breakfast, so I have a sec.

(Yup, it really is a state holiday here in GA. Most people don't take it, including my actual office, but they contracted me out to an office that does, so no work for me today. Instead, I'll be cleaning my house so that I don't feel quite so, ummm, not right about it.)

I will NEVER get caught up. I have learned a valuable life lesson: Never, under any circumstances, stay in a hotel without FREE high speed internet access.

I missed you guys, and I'm glad to be back. I admit that I speed read/scanned the approximately 7,652 pages ya'll posted while I was doing my Willie Nelson impression....on the road again.

Or maybe it was Johnny Cash. He sang, "I've been everywhere, man," didn't he?

Anyhoo, I'm home where I have high speed internet and can Dis to my little heart's content.

Aside from poopin', pukin', and stalkin', things seem to be pretty much like I left 'em.

Time to plow through the stacks of stuff that grew like weeds on my desk while I was away.
